Yeah there's been tons of threads on this topic so search. But to tell you anyway there is no best trigger. Why? Because it's all personal preference. My advice is to try as many different style triggers as you can and get what feels best to you.
Its not reasonably priced but its a really really good trigger. I vote for the Critical Raze (or whatever they call there ion trigger). Its amazing I have one on my timmy and it makes you shoot faster.
