Highest BPS

What is the highest BPS rate you've ever heard of? (that's realistically possible) - and what was the setup?

Just curious.

Cyborgs can supposedly do 33 full cycles per second. I've seen vids of them shooting 30bps but I don't think I've ever seen it do the full 33, but thats not saying it couldn't.

Vikings are supposed to be able to do around 40 full cycles per second but I've never seen it. I saw one crazy fast viking video, but I'm not sure how fast it was going.

please please please, nobody post that BS video of the Karnivore short-stroking at 54 cps, it doesn't count.

Spyders and Tippmanns and other blowbacks can cycle 40-50 easily. Blowbacks cycle the fastest but they don't do it in the most efficent way which seprates them from the high ends.

The fastest I've heard of in semi-auto was 22 BPS.

The fastest I've shot was 15 BPS on semi-auto and usually shoot 10-12 BPS.

ive heard of 54bps!! i know i know don't believe me but it was a karnivor on millenium mode check it out on google video type in karnivor im not sure if its actually 54bps but its sure the fastest gun ive seen yet. check it out tell me what u think

i have heard of certain automags doing 80-100 cps in isolated incidents.
but a well tuned Viking can do 50 cps (mine can do 40+, i have only heard of 50.)

ppl often post that vid claiming it is doing 54cps, but the problem is its not doing full cycles. its basically shortstroking. if you had a hopper that could feed 54bps, and put it on that Karni, it would be a blender.

theoretically, max cps and bps are the same thing, since if a gun is doing completely full cycles, it should be able to shoot paintballs and achieve the same bps as cps, assuming the hopper can keep up.

ex: I'm assuming the cyborg can do 33cps because they are full cycles, thus it can do 33bps. it can't do 37cps because then they would not be full cycles, and thus it could not do 37bps.

so a gun's max cps and bps should be the same assuming there is a hopper that can keep up.

Fastest i've seen personally was a borg doing what looked like high 20's/low 30's. I've had my friends Ion on un-capped ramping (virtue board) with a victory boarded halo going prety fast. I didn't gold wave it though, so I don't know exactly how fast though.
