lol every game so far has been a blowout, but this was the only shutout. I have respect for every SEC team, i just don't like the big 10. Overrated imo.

No bias here, you'd agree if you weren't biased. You guys didn't score a touchdown until the final seconds of the first half, and that was after being in the redzone something like 5 times. I won't lie, the second half was pretty impressive, but you could've come out stronger in the first half as the number two team in the country playing a pretty horrible team.

Either way, I look forward to next Saturday

i think the Pac10 is overrated. Yes, USC is deserving of that #1 spot now. But who can they lose to? Many SEC teams could cake walk with their schedule.

Edit: sorry for assuming you're biased. Will you be at the game next week? I'm waking up at 545 to buy a student section.

Also, yea the offense disappointed alot of people in the first half, but we knew we'd win. Why show what we don't need to show? lol

If you didn't think lsu was legit before, hopefully you won't make that mistake again. The only other team I respect is Florida. Even if we beat them I'll respect them because they've earned it.

It is a sad state when you think that beating Miss. St. is a strong statement.

LSU will fold like they always do and will lose at least one if not two games.

Man, I'd kill to get a ticket, but that's a hell of a haul from Blacksburg and I don't think I'll have the time or the money. I'll be at tomorrow's game though and try to get on the Gameday set, so that should be fun. As you know though, next Saturday will be a blast, let me know how it was in person.

And I know you guys obviously weren't trying to show much, especially for next Saturday's game. You kept the offense basic and the defense looked solid. I was a bit surprised to see Miss. State's running back run on you guys like he did early on though.

saturday = tenn vs. cal

we'll see if we're for real or not then. hopefully we win again, but it shows that tennessee has the balls to actually play a tough out of conference schedule instead of like southern college or something like that.

Raintreeboy: I have to wake up at 5am to get tickets because they go on sale at 7am and the line will be massive most likely.

So you all have to buy your tickets before each game in person?

At Bama we have to order our season package in the spring (around April 10th) and hopefully they are not sold out within the first 30 minutes (like they were this year).

But anyways, I was able to grab a full season package, two tickets to the FSU game and two tickets to the Auburn game.

But I am telling you, if I was not a big Bama fan I would sell the whole lot and walk away with about 2500 dollars. *the student package is selling for 1000 now, the tickets to fsu is selling for 500, and the Auburn tickets are around 1000 right now.

Sadly that is the one set of tickets I will have to sell. I was informed about a week ago that I HAVE to present at a conference that weekend. So if you know anyone who wants tickets I have two.

But yes it is in Jax and I WANT to go.

I think I would get tired of that very quick. I very much like the UA system of online ordering. Oh and our tickets are only $5 a piece, though away tickets are like $50.

I still can not believe a package of tickets that cost me $35 is now going for $1000 and is only going up.

Ya know you shouldn't have to play your first game as a Div 1 team against the defending national champs at home.

That said, Western Kentucky never quit, and I think they will dominate the Sun Belt conference. Lot of talented athletes.

Oh, and Tebow can throw.
