Its a shame there aren't separate sections for that stuff anymore, yeah most threads turned bad eventually but they lasted a lot longer than they do in general OT these days.

Wow man, quick. I havent been running really, I pulled my quad really bad and need to rest up before I go to the Penn Relays for the 4x1. I ran a 12.1 with a pulled quad so Im hoping to hit mid 11s when I run 100% again. Ive started throwing though since I cant run. Its really fun, so far Im pretty good at shotput, throwing 37'10'' as my PR. It was funny cause I was a nonscorer and wasnt really expected to do well since Im a runner, I but out like a 37 something and everyone was in awe, Im the best shot-putter on our team haha. Disc Im not really that good in, 82 something. Its really quite fun, try and do it if you can.
