I've seen a Veyron in person at the Bentley dealership near my house, along with multiple enzos, scuderias and even an FXX. The FXX is probably the rarest car I've ever seen.

On a much more important note, Mike Brown is going to defend his title for the 3rd time tonight. Get some.

Yep.

My band hasn't gotten paid yet for a bar gig we did last Saturday. Now we're trying to decide how long it should be before we have to threaten the bar owner get our money from him.

So who else is happy Oprah has announced that this season of her show will be the last?

I was ecstatic about it until I found out she was ending the show because she's working on launching her own cable channel. Great. Yet another platform for this nutcase to spread lies and misinformation. Although her brain dead viewers should take just as much blame.

I am convinced that two of the biggest threats to America's future are not terrorists, not Iran, not government healthcare, but Oprah and the Disney Channel dumbing down the population into a mindless herd.

I know it sounds crazy, but I don't watch TV anymore.
Sure, I have cable service bundled with my internet, but only because it's CHEAPER that way (combo promotion deal)
Although, I will admit, I do watch the occasional History/Discovery/Speed/AdultSwim. Maybe a couple times a month.

Once I get a new computer and a large 1080p monitor, I'll be getting rid of the cable service for good.
Yay for podcasts and streaming!

I've found that I actually get more work done now with the TV off.

Hell, I haven't sat down and played my 360 for any significant time in > 1 year. I guess I'm getting old.

I never watch TV anymore either. Stormchasers, Mythbusters, Scrubs, and football is about it for me.
