my viking has some minor milling, looks like a kid playing with a dremel. One of these days I kind of want to do something crazy to it, but i'd rather not have to reanno it

It would be awesome. I have access to some good equipment too. I could get a little crazy on the CNC if I wanted to. I feel like it'd probably difficult to find one though.

yeah, mine strangely fell out of the sky into my lap(by that, I mean it somehow strangely showed up at a local paintball shop right when I had the means to purchase it). My uncle is a machinest, so I can get millwork done, but I wouldn't do it myself

Ever notice how when people get married they ditch all of their friends? It's Saturday night and I am sitting home alone because the only two single people I know are at work. I haven't seen any of my friends that got recently married since they got engaged. 5 dudes and 3 girls have basically disappeared in less than a year due to their significant other. *end cynical whining*

In other news:

I climbed that ^^^ in the dark. We started at 10:30pm, and rappelled off the back at about 4:00am. Epicness.

Pretty swollen and aches pretty bad. Spent most of the day on the exercise bike. 72 hours after surgery, I've got full extension and around 130* flexion. Recovery supposed to take 4-6 weeks, my goal is 10 days.

10 days will be tough. You won't even have all the swelling down after 10 days. It's pretty good looking for 72 hours. Any blood/swelling/fluid pooling at the bottom of your foot yet?

Nope, swelling was significantly less when I woke up this morning. You can actually see my kneecap again. Although I lost some of my fishing line during the night, butteryfly gonna have to keep one of the incisions closed for now.

I had a black and blue mark on the underside of my foot for several months after my knee got done...granted it was a much more intensive surgery requiring four hours on the table. Good luck bro! Hope the rehab goes quickly!

Mine knee has a litte greenish-yellow bruising, that's all. The swelling has gone back up, I'm guessing because the cortisone they pack it with has worn off. And this surgery only took about an hour, probably 58 minutes of poking around and taking pictures and 2 minutes of trimming the meniscus.

Still working on the exercise bike, started back on weights. Knee still feels really tight, like it wants to be straight or bent 90* but not in between. And I get sort of stingers from my knee to my hip, I think the poked some nerves while they were in there. Overall doin pretty good though.

Thinking of that....I was thinking about "Were-Willy" today for some reason. And when Ben whipped his hotdog out and we laughed at him for about an hour, then you paid him to do it again. Good times........

I wonder if it ever got bigger.... It was worth the $1 to laugh at it again.

So it was in the 70's and sunny yesterday morning. Now we have 8-10 inches and it is still snowing. Gotta love Colorado.
And the neighbors tree broke and fell into the corner of our house

Picked up a solid black Shoei helmet and a GoPro 960. Still not supposed to ride yet, hoping in another week or two.

Camera is pretty sweet though, stuck it to the sunroof of my car just to check out the different modes. Not so great at night/indoors imo, but handles changes in sunlight pretty well.

Pics of two exposure settings:

you know what, I hate when people get married too. I mean, before the age of 25 aren't you supposed to be irresponsibly partying with the last few friends you have that haven't moved away, not getting married and hiding in a 1 room apartment with the chick who drunken pity loved you after you met her at a starbucks 3 years ago.

and that's not even envy that my last like 5 boyfriends all yelled at me and chased me off because apparently i'm insane or something like that. Who knew, at least i'm not married
