you know what, I hate when people get married too. I mean, before the age of 25 aren't you supposed to be irresponsibly partying with the last few friends you have that haven't moved away, not getting married and hiding in a 1 room apartment with the chick who drunken pity loved you after you met her at a starbucks 3 years ago.
and that's not even envy that my last like 5 boyfriends all yelled at me and chased me off because apparently i'm insane or something like that. Who knew, at least i'm not married

I laughed at the StarBucks line. One of my friends works at StarBucks and just got married

You'd think if they can afford drinks at Starbucks they could at least afford somewhat decent birth control. I mean right?!

Had today off and I got tired of waiting. Been exactly 3 weeks and my knee feels pretty good, still have a big lump under one incision and I'm not confident planting my right foot, but got a little riding in.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdWPdCB5-aU
Took some other videos with different mounts, chest is the best IMO. Fender mounts look cool but vibrate too much, and helmet mount is good if you are following someone, but doesn't really show the bike at all.
If anyone has a suggestion on a good free video editor let me know, I feel like windows movie maker reduces the video quality even with the same resolution and frame rate.

Damn...just logged backed in for the first time in several years.
Glad to see this place still exists, even if it's not very active. Lots of good memories and good people here.

Weee.
After riding almost all day yesterday, my knee feels considerably better than before the surgery. Although the one thing that stood out that didn't feel good was kickstarting the bike. Any sort of shock while my leg is straight is a very harsh feeling, almost like hitting your elbow on something. Not sure if that's because of the missing cartilage or just because it hasn't healed fully.

holy creap. I havent played paintball or looked at any paintball forums in years and the first thing I see is AOT on pbr lol.
Yesterday I took pictures of the Towson paintball team at a tournament at PAP. Come spring Im really trying to get back into it. I just havent really had the time for it lately or thought about it, and wakeboarding in the summer is a lot more attractive than paintballing to be honest.
I gotta go but Ill be back later today.
Im going to be 23 in December, about to graduate in the spring from Towson with a major in Accounting and 140 credits. Ill have 150 credit to be able to get my CPA come winter from CCBC.

It's because it isn't healed fully. The swelling from pumping fluid in compressed your nerve(s) a little. It'll feel like that for a few months.

I dont know of, or havent found any decent "free" video editors. Your best bet is final cut (if you have a mac). I actually kinda prefer Final Cut over Premier. I refuse to buy a Mac though. I just use the Macs in my school's library for it.
Adobe also has this really cool program for video editing called After Effects which you can do a lot of really really cool stuff with.

Send me a PM if youre looking for premier or after effects.

I'm personally offended that you would even think such a thing.
Need something for windows 7. Don't need a ton of features or special effects, just want something better than movie maker.

get a mac, and be really cool and just run 3 operating systems. Windows is so much easier to pirate

As would I. But times change and it has been many fortnights since we have talked and I feared you may have been led down a dark path.
I have Windows 7 too. I havent had much luck with video editors I tried to windows. Avid FreeDV looks like it may be promising, Ive never used it, and they dont offer it for free anymore but you can still find previous versions on like softpedia.
You could install a linux partition on your harddrive (or put another old harddrive in your computer) and boot that whenever you want to edit video and use one of these http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/top5-li...stem-software/

I've read a ton of posts about editing GoPro video and honestly I'm lost. I feel like the video should look better than it does on my computer. Not sure if I need to get better hardware, software, convert the video or what.
Using an HP dv8 with i7 1.60GHz 4GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GT 230M and w/e else it comes with. Pretty decent setup as far as I know, but my video definately looks a little choppy and pixelated compared to others I've seen.

Went to a 'garage sale' at the cycle shop today, they were basically just getting rid of old parts to make space. Took home about 100lb of stuff for $10 (yes, ten) including 50+ brand new sprockets, a set of new front brake discs, some spark plugs, bearings, piston rings etc.
Was hoping one of the rear sprockets would fit my bike, one was marked for a KDX, but none do. I think most of this stuff is from late 80's/early 90's. Gonna go through some of the part numbers and see what it all belongs to, then probably blow up eBay next week.
I really wish the brakes had a part number. 298mm twin floating discs, 5 bolt pattern, no clue what make or model they belong to.

This may be trivial, but what video program are you using? Sometimes VLC doesn't like some of my 1080p stuff from my 7D. If you're playing it back in editing software, make sure you're rendering at the same frame rate. Premiere Pro CS5 makes this super easy with all its presets.
