i think mostly because the police are very effective in namibia no one really tries there luck but yeh better safe than sorry

I once had to cut off one of those locks I'm a IT tech mostly in security
I can yet you people will notice someone trying to steal something tied up with that on the other had get one that works with keys and not a code .

In Namibia theft is not a problem as thieves usually get submitted to hard punishment
