I think the PC nature of this site did it in once and for all. It's really too bad this was a great place at onetime at there was excellent information here about paintball.

I'm excited to hear that. Riot Fest was great. I noticed you had Touche Amore as recommended listening and I saw them over the summer, too, like a week or two before their new album came out at Krazy Fest in Kentucky. It was so great. They absolutely wrecked it.

I've been doing good. Just turned 21 in October and have been living in Tampa USF area doing the college thang, so things have been crazy. Still haven't gotten used to all the freedom yet, but that will probably change when I start my first week of work Monday... Haven't been to many shows lately, need to get on that. I was able to catch Weedeater earlier last month though. Was awesome.

Hitting up this redneck yacht club festival thing with my roommate for a weekend of big *** mud trucks and ATV fun though. Been talking to a blond country girl that lives down there too, so that should be nice.

Looking back at my posts here, I can't really say I've changed too much. Still pretty dumb.

Wow, I'm surprised anyone still lurks these forums.

Junior year of college. In the library right now and out of straight boredom, decided to see if anyone still visited this site.

I haven't played an organized paintball game in almost 4 years, partly (actually mostly) due to the economy. Most shops and fields in the area have closed up. It really hit rock bottom when Smart Parts HQ (an hour from my house) closed up shop last year.

...wow. This place is dead...I've checked back here a couple of times over the last few months. Remembering the older...less responsible days. Half of you probably don't even remember me though haha.

Anyways, I'm a Information Technology major here at Stephen F. Austin State University (in quaint little Texas if you don't know), and I'll be turning 20 next June. I haven't been up to a whole lot of interesting anything. Dating a lovely lady, play drums in a pop-punk band, work at my church and throw in XBL every night and you've got me so far. I haven't played paintball in around 2 and a half...maybe 3 years. I haven't even gotten around to selling my crappy old gear, just hoping I can another day haha. But yep. I'm a junior majoring in journalism at Indiana University. I'm really going into advertising, but that's all through the journalism school. I also write reviews for records, concerts I go to, and articles about rap over on a blog for my school's radio station. Over the summer, I got in a really nasty car wreck (a dump truck ran a stop sign) that killed the first car I ever loved. So, after I got the money from it being totalled, I flew out to Durham, North Carolina and bought this:

Drove back the same day and put 600 miles on it the day I bought it, which was fun. Too bad it's front wheel drive... But it's a 6-speed with a VR6, which is the most fun I could have for about $6500. It's the exact same car I had, but in grey. I treat it like it's my child. Putting new wheels and tires on it in a couple weeks. Shocks and springs next summer. Then I'm autocrossing it.

I also got a dog over the summer and haven't played paintball in forever. I moved in to an apartment with a bunch of guys I've known forever, stopped a suicide, and have been drowning in 18 credit hours, but I'm having the best time of my life doing it.

Nice car. I have prevented 2 suicides myself. I've already lost a friend to suicide, and that is already way too much.

EDIT: make the 3 suicides prevented as of this morning. :/

Hey guys. I felt like popping in on a whim.

I'm. A 21 year old junior at the University of South Carolina majoring in civil engineering which makes my avatar hilariously ironic. I guess I should also mention that I transferred out of Clemson last spring.

I've been doing great. Still driving the same old Jeep that got Post-It noted a few times a couple years back. I've been with my girlfriend almost 2 years now and plan on asking her to marry me once we both graduate from Carolina. Haven't really traveled anywhere besides Colorado a few years back. It sounds boring, but I've got more than enough to make me happy.

I miss you guys.

EDIT: I also listen to country music which most of the internet hates me for.

Responding to my previous post, I made it through my second team and am currently taking a paramedic course in Albuquerque for my job I'm training for in the AF.

Man, venturing back to this forum is like walking back through the halls of time. I can say pbreview played a role in my adolescence, along with the ramen and halo. From what I remember, the community here was an oasis compared to the wild of other pb forums.

I hope everyone else is doing well; there's nothing quite like growing up!
