adapter or new barrell

I am getting a tippy custom pro e and i already have a tear drop barrel, but its spyder threaded. am i better off getting a new barrel or would it be better just getting an adapter

New barrel. Adapters in order to fit both guns are very small bore. This means that even though the barrel itself might fit the paint just fine the adapter might be so small as to break it. Breaking paint = bad therefore barrel adapters also = bad.

I think you're better of getting a new barrel. Most adapters compromise accuracy and increase the chances of ball breakage. Just sell the Teardrop and buy a 98-threaded barrel.
