Here's a picture of one of my camo painted Tippmanns. I didn't use the method here, but I felt like posting it anyways. I took the picture for a different thread, but I had it, so I posted it.

actually the sock idea works pretty well. you'll get made fun of untill you put some burlap and stuff to break up the outline and then they won't be able to see you. i have a hopper cover and a cover over my barrel out of a sock that was olive green.

i also camo painted my gun too for extra added camo. you can see it at paintballzone.com. when you find the pics of the guns(or markers) mine is mike o's rig. that pic doesn't have my ghillie covers on though.

Has anybody painted it flat black, navy blue, and dark grey in a camo-like pattern? thought it would look really cool, but dont wanna do it unless I saw it first. Dont want to ruin my perty gun. (yuk yuk)

Hey guys...let's keep the pics outta this thread. We already have a thread for pics of our Tippy's. I only posted mine to give people an idea what pattern to use for their camo paintjobs.
Thanks...

I am a custom painter by trade. I do cars, motorcycles, minitrucks, etc... I've done some flame jobs, kamealeon, fades, etc... on my tippmannn, and now some of my friends guns, and they look so awesome, I am thinking about doing it on the side as a business. I will probably build me a small informational site, and link to it from Ebay. If anyone wants to see some of my work, they can email me at gminorop23@hotmail.com amd I'll send some pics. Even though I have been doing paint jobs for years and years, I am fairly new to the paintball gun scene. But I love to play, and really enjoy painting the markers. I use automotive grade basecoat/clearcoat paint and all the right primers, so these paintjobs will last. And they look like the hood of a car, no fisheyes, or lizard skin paint defect looking disasters like I've seen in the pics from the do it yourselfers. My prices will be really cheap. like 40 to 80 dollar range depending on how intricate you want it. Believe me this is cheap considering the cost of these materials, and my level of expertise. And when people are spending all this cash on these guns, what's 60 bucks to have the hottest looking gun in town? You can email me your designs and Ideas, send me the gun, and I'll give you a guaranteed turnaround time so you can be showing off by the weekend!
Well, this is my idea, if you think it is stupid, tell me, if you want it done, email me. I'm open. Thanks for your time. ;=- -------------#
