Winchester Durango -- obviuosly cheaper, doesn't measure in the same class.
Brass Eagle Avenger -- not as reliable, cheap feel, especially in the trigger. Way too afraid I was gonna break it. |

STOCK so far, hoping to change |

Recommended Upgrades: |
new barrel, somewhat hard to find threads for though.
[threads will fit an F4 Illustrater, a Pro-lite/ Carbine, and I believe an A-5, but not 98)
A reg somewhere or an expansion chamber at least with some sort of bottomline setup |

| Review: |
As far as the no bottomline goes, I would rather buy a gas through grip than spend $20 on a useless BL and then throw it away. Just buy it without a BL.
Although I really like this gun and the ompany that makes it, but while it does perform well and is very easy to field strip and easily upgradeable. It seems to have problems with its valve leaking or with manufacturer problems.
When we first got the gun it chopped like crazy and wouldnt shoot well (it was january)
so we went it into the factory and they replaced the trigger, now it works fine and have nt had any problems. The other one we had has air leakage problems, it always seemed to not air up correctly or seem unreliable. One thing I dont like is that it's ball detent doesnt quite work a well as it should, one time I had small bore balls in my hopper and I pointed the barrel straight down and it let out 2 or 3 balls out of the breach.
On the plus side though when it wasnt recocking cause I hadnt used it for 4 months I took it apart threw in some oil and put it back togethor and magically it started shooting fine again. Though I think the kid screwed it up cause he was borrowing it.
I am a little dissaploointed that I had to send both of mine back to the factory, one of them twice. But performance wise they are on the plus side. |

| Conclusion: |
Overall it is a good gun, but it has too many problems
The only problem I had was breaking it in a little.
It will make a fairly good backup/ lender too
Take care of it and it will take care of ytou. |
