Marker Setup: Spyder TL Plus, 16 oz Co2 with butt plate, 9 oz Co2, Brass Eagle Red Dot Sight, 10" Genesis Stock Barrel, VL 200 Hopper, VL Bow.
Recommended
Upgrades:
Expansion Chamber, just because It's better to hold on a grip than a wire thingy.
Strengths: Really accurate.
Shoots far.
Best Stock Barrel ever!
So light!
Weaknesses: I don't like holding on to the wire thingy.
Review: This is my freinds gun really, but I tested it out alot. It's awsome for the money, because my friend got it at Walmart for $99. It's just like the one shown on the top of the page, except It's green and doesn't have a drop forward. But this guns stock barrel is the best ever, It's soooooo accurate, It's actually has back spin on It so it goes really far. This one time we were paintballing, It was my freind vs me, with three people on our teem. So we were in the woods, going through a thick tall grassy feild and I look to my right, and see a round ball heading towards me....SHMACK! I got hit right in the neck by my friend (where no one could see where he was). So we all took cover. My teammate started moving toward my other teammate when......SHMACK! He got picked off too. My other teammate called time (I think) because his mask was fogged up so we called It. That was our last paintball fight we had with my friend because now he's in the Air Force. Now when he comes back he's gonna kill us some more with his military skills, which will be in a long time. He was pickin us off, one by one! Anyway, this is a sweet gun to snipe or just play speed ball.
Conclusion: Get It, It's cheap, accurate, durable, SOO friggin light! And just a good gun overall. So go to Walmart and buy it for $99!

Marker Setup: spyder aggressor with jt 2-piece barrel and dye sticky grips

Upgrades:
jt barrel and probably a shim kit (im gettin one soon) and a new bolt
Strengths: shoots a good rate. Very consistant. Fairly good on Co2 compsumtion.
Weaknesses: could shoot farther, could be more quiet. Needs new barrel.
Review: Looks fine, performs fine. Nice paint job, i don't like the verticle feed would rather have a powerfeed gun (shutter). Sight rail is useless with feed system. Wished it had a forgrip. Nice almunium frame, better than the sport which i previously had. If ne one can email me some easy upgrades to increase distance can u email them to me at yamom29@msn.com.

Thanks
Conclusion: Very good gun when ur on a tight budget, not a co2 hog, doesnt chop paint.

Strengths: Incredibly accurate out of box, very reliable, pretty durable, great starter gun
Weaknesses: Trigger frames are made of weak plastic. will break if abused
Review: I run 4 of them in my field rental roster and they work great. Crazy accurate out of the box. To be honest, i love using them on my speedball field and i find they have cockerlike accuracy. There's really no problem that occur with them other than the weak trigger frames. Mind you, as rentals they get used and abused alot, but still much weaker that my other guns frames. great value for the dollar. I highly recommend this gun if you are a beginner or just play occasionally. tippman 98 is definatley a more durable and reliable gun but costs more too.
Conclusion: great gun. Reliable

Marker Setup: Kingman Spyder Agressor XT (Forest green)
Extreme Enterprises 12" Barrel (Black)
Java 200 Round Loader (Black)
32 Degrees Spring Set
12oz CO2
Recommended
Upgrades:
Barrel, Bolt, Springs, Expansion Chamber, Remote CO2 system - Or go to High Pressure Air and forget the Expansion Chamber and Remote for your CO2.
Strengths: For the price, this marker features great quality construction, reliability and competitive ability, plus UPGRADEABLE!
Weaknesses: Barrel mediocre, liquid CO2 gets into the gun during rapid fire, trigger pull too long.
Review: I was fortunate enough to find the Spyder Agressor XT online as part of a package including a loader, 12oz tank and basic mask, all for about $110 dollars, including shipping. I played with a Brass Eagle Stingray 1 years ago, before dropping out of the sport - and saw the Agressor as an inexpensive way to get back into the game. I actually thought the Agressor would be comparable to my old Stingray - Boy was I WRONG! The Agressor is many times better.

My Agressor is an attractive, all-metal semiautomatic marker. The basic features include Venturi Bolt, Bottom Line Feed, a very comfortable double-finger trigger, and a nice-looking forest-green anodized finish. The craftsmanship and quality of the Marker is remarkable, considering the price. Also, the Agressor XT is very, very upgradeable, and every decent manufacturer of upgrade parts seems to be in the market, ready to tap into the huge number of Spyder and Spyder Clone users.

Since I bought the Marker in March, 2003, I have shot about two cases of paint through it, and get this - I have NEVER chopped or broken a ball inside the gun! The other members of my team have almost all gone with the different E-Marker versions of the Spyder (Electra, E-99 and Imagine) and have all experienced moderate frequency of chopping balls. I have a lower rate of fire than those guys, but I have never been caught "with my pants down" trying to clean my gun in the middle of a game.

Unfortunately, my Agressor has "frozen up" twice, during very intense firefights. I can see the CO2 puffing out of the barrel, which makes me confident that too much liquid CO2 is getting into the workings of the gun. Some adjustments to the marker haven't reduced this much, so I am debating whether to remedy the problem by making the switch to high-pressure air, or getting an expansion chamber, and/or remote. Also, the stock barrel that came with my Agressor is decent, but not great. I was able to pick up a nice 12" barrel from Extreme Enterprises that I played with for the first time today - my accuracy has gone from mediocre, to pretty good (for about $25 including shipping).

The trigger pull of my Agressor seems just a bit long, but as I said before, the two-finger trigger itself is comfortable. When viewed in light of the other positive features that the Agressor XT offers, the trigger pull is really not an issue.
Conclusion: If you can get it by itself for $75 or so, or as part of a kit for around $100, it is extremely hard to beat the Agressor as an entry-level gun. The current rage seems to be cheap E-Markers built on the Spyder chassis, but this good-old plain-jane Blowback unit has the same punch and upgradeability for much less - and seems to be much more reliable. You can get this gun, spend about $75-$100 on upgrades, and be extremely competitive with anybody that is likely to show up at the local field.

Starting players, and veterans who want to get back in the game at low cost should consider making the Kingman Spyder Agressor XT their Marker of choice. I have, and take it from me, you won't regret it!

Strengths: -fairly light
Weaknesses: -velocity problem(turns out there was a 1 part was missing)
-bolt wares off
Review: Overall this gun has screwed me up 2 out of 3 times, it has only worked well once so far. So bottom line is that you don't want to get this gun, maybe its just me that has these problems. I don't know im not a philosopher.:):)

STRENGTHS
-fairly light
-hopefulley you don't get a jackass tha sold you this with a part missing, and the striker buffer on the other side(happened to me)
WEAKNESSES
-velocity problem(turns out there was a 1 part was missing)
-stock barrel(what stock isn't)(other than a 12'' er)
-the botl wares off like mad, until you lube it
Conclusion: Get a 98 custom, it's the same thing, just diff look and feel or this gun, but my gun was screwed for after a while

Marker Setup: agressor with smart parts 16'' barrell, self lubing bolt, dye grips, 12oz CO2, buttplate and a electric hopper.
Recommended
Upgrades:
Barrell and bolt kit.
Strengths: Dependability, light, easy on CO2, accurate and easy to maintain.
Weaknesses: No guard for the CO2 line.
Review: This is my second spyder and i havent bought a new one since. I like it that much. the reliability of this gun is great! I used it in over 200 games and NEVER has this gun failed my on the field.
One thing i dont like about it is the stock trigger setup, it has a heavy pull so if you like to rapid fire then your finger may fatigue a little. The other thing about it is the CO2 line has no guard or chamber. Its awkward to hold and feels like it could break if you fall on it. I also have seen these take some heavy falls and the shoot fine after!
This gun is cheap to maintain and user friendly, I have played against people with high end guns and I have taken them out with a $140 Agressor!
I love it, they get soo mad. if somebody buys a $1300 gun, it dosent make the person better nor does it mean that the gun itself is better. With this gun, you cant go wrong :-)
Conclusion: this is one of the best guns for under $150. I would recomend it to anyone who can find one.

Strengths: Light, durable, pretty accurate stock barrel, very very nice paintjob.
Weaknesses: None really except stock barrel but even thats okay
Review: For the money this gun is really worth it. It's durable very nice and light. In my opinion better than the Aggressor xt because the xt has no drop forward and the paintjob on the Aggressor way nicer with the 3 tone black blue and silver. Sofar i have not chopped any balls with this gun and had no problems with it
Conclusion: Buythis gun if you are strapped for cash and you want a good gun that is nice and easily modified

Review: This was my first gun I bought it from a friend (he had it for a year ) I've hade it for 2 years and the only reason it broke is because a kid fell on top of it. This gun definitely needs a new barrel the stock one is bad. The double trigger helps speed I can shot 4 bps witch is ok. Grip the grip can be uncomfortable (I have gloves this helps). The simple designed can be taken apart and oiled in 5 mins. It has a field strip kit but i've never found a use 4 it with a 12 oz co2 it is balanced good. In the 2 years that i have it I've only probably chopped 5 balls
Conclusion: Good gun for beginners and amateurs this gun will last a long time.

Only an Expansion Chamber (because it is easier to hold than the wire.)
You can upgrade to auto if you want to, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Strengths: Light
9 1/2 inch Stock Barrel is decent compared to others.
UPGRADEABLE
Weaknesses: Could be more quiet
Didn't like holding the wire (get expansion chamber)
Review: This gun is solid! I own all my friends with it, who have their Tippmann A-5's and Imagine's. This gun is amazing. This gun is very upgradeable, so if you want to get ESP trigger frame or a new ACS bolt, this gun is yours! The Aggressor is VERY light, so I snap-shoot very quickly.
Conclusion: This is an awesome gun. Buy it if you are a beginner, or a novice who wants to get back into the fast-paced paintball realm. Although the gun is somewhat loud, who cares if you play speedball?
