Better pumpstroke than a Gry Ghost. Great trigger. consistant on unregulated CO2. (275 to 290 with my comp). They have all of a Phantoms strengths with better materials. Anyone who gripes about the price doesn't have a clue aboutt the cost of a true hand made custom. A corvette is a very nice high performance factorymade sports car. A Ferrari is a world classic hand made custom sports car. The Ferrari costs lots more.
Conclusion:
In the land of $1000 factory "custom" cockers a $700 pump is not so unl;ikely. Especially a hand made true custom. If money is an issue get a Phantom. If you want a truly brilliant handmade marker you will treasure A Carter is for you.
Its a little pricey.
Heavier then my phantom, but not a big deal.
Review:
this guy above above me ^^ has no idea what the **** he is talking about. you cant use 460 velocity in a tournament and besides that would make your gun dreadfully inaccurate. ITS A STOCK CLASS GUN YOU DON'T BUY IT TO MAKE IT FULL AUTO WHICH AGAIN ISN'T USED IN TOURNEYS. This gun is perfectly fine on unregulated c02, if you were to get an anti-siphon i don't think you would even need hpa or a regulator.
Conclusion:
if you're looking for high quality this is the gun for you. Its hand made and at the the top of its class, So I gave it a 10.
Unbearably accurate. One of the few guns that ive seen that can achieve accuracy greater than that of a cocker ( along with semi-tricked cci phantom and my friends tricked "nobrand" gun with TONS of mods)
Range is great. 380 fps is enough to take someones head off in some recreational paintballing.
Weaknesses:
Overpriced by about $200. If this were $450 or less it would be a great deal, but i mean come on. No pump should cost more than $500 stock. Great Range and Accuracy but still more potential is there with a semi-auto or electro. Could be a bit more polished.
Conclusion:
Great gun overall, If not for the price it may have been the best deal around for top of the line gun of any sort. If i could take it back i would just get a Phantom and trick it out with the money i blew on this though.. Tight performance. [Not the best] price.
