| Strengths: |
Great gun, with a Halo as fast as you can fan it and with the eyes on 0 chops!!GREAT milling, light SUPER LIGHT!! good gas efficiency. And kind of rare, how many people you see with one. Great gun for any position, back or front, small enough for a front player, light enough for a back 10 man player to put a big tank and Halo. And to top it all off Shocktech behind you, any new parts that come out for it guess what you get them for FREE!! |
 |
| Weaknesses: |
YOU NEED IMPULSE BALL DETENTS. With the stock detents Halo will feed right thru them, and the eyes are so low in the breach that in order for it to rip you need the force feed.. Oh and it's a little overpriced,,,other than that its a great piece of work from the Shocktech guys. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Another GREAT gun from Shocktech if you have the money a sure buy |

Matrix- Most comparable in accuracy but the bushy still is better
Intimidator- Rate of fire and accuracy is almost the same, but the bushy still wins. Also wieght is closest to that of the bushy, but the bushy is lighter. |

 |
 |
 |
 |
| Strengths: |
-Lightwieght- lightest electro on the market
-Extremely Fast
-Shoots ridiculously straight- better than a matrix or a cocker
-Operates at a relatively low psi - 250
-Milling is beautiful
-Trigger frame allows for single finger or double finger shooting with ease
-LCD has a timer and is right in front of your face so you dont have to turn your gun around or lift up your hand to see it
-Vision Eye is great, will not shoot at all unless a paintball is in the breech. No pull trigger then it shoots a second later, it wont shoot until a paintball is sensed in the breech.
-Runs off a 9 volt battery
-Semi Only Board for tournament legal play
-Standard Threaded vertical asa so you can use any type of reg
-Cocker Threaded Barrels
-3 hole Venturi Bolt which is easy on paint
-Rat Valve soon to come
-Solid Feel
-Trigger adjustments are external
-Very Few moving parts
|
 |
| Weaknesses: |
-Stock Grips stink
-Accesing the Battery tray is difficult yet easy
-Bushy threaded feedtubes, makes finding other difficult but I hear chipley custom machine is making some.
-Come stock with no reg or barrel
-Bolt and bolt pin are rather difficult to put back in quickly because the bolt is so short.
-Just my opinion, but the trigger spring that is stock is too light, which is why many people put cocker trigger springs in the place of the stock ones
-You almost need an eggo 2 or halo b to keep up |
 |
| Conclusion: |
This gun is awesome. In my opinion and the opinions of many others, the SFL Bushy is the best on the market right now. It carries a price tag of 800 dollars and is worth every penny. It shoots straighter than any other gun out on the market. It has the same design as the intimidator for it is a bolt over tube design, so essentially they are the same gun, but this one is much cheaper and better. The cuts on this marker are extraordinary, they flow well on both sides and provide for an aesthitically pleasing look as well as the light wieght. THe 3 hole venturi bolt is easier on paint, and coupled with the PDS it is nearly impossible to chop a ball. They are shipping with the stock valves and stock sob boards as of right now, but soon the 66.6 bps boards are going to be out, as well as the rat valves. For people who buy this gun before those items come out, there is a piece of paper stating that once they are finished, you can send your bushy in to have the items installed for you, as well as tuning your gun to perfection. If you dont believe me on how good this gun is, then just look at Aftershock. Ceranski, Pozzi, Martinez, and most of the others have switched from the SFL Timmys and SFL Cockers over to the SFL Bushys. Go out and shoot one of these or just buy one yourself, you wont be dissapointed.

| Review: |
This gun is amazing....my first day out with it, it had saliva from everyone drooling on it, the milling looks so dagum smooth. It shoots straight across the field with no problem. It sounds like its goin at 130 fps and its at 285. It has no kick, the bolt is so short that u dont even know u shot 30 rounds. It has no excess electronics. A shot counter and game timer is all u really need. The gun is so light it makes it lots easier to shoot left handed. My left hand game has improved a lot by using this. It is air efficient. I got 1200 shots of my 45 45....thats dang good. Im sure as i use it more i will discover more pros and possibly a con....but as for now, this mofo RIPS!!!! |
 |
| Conclusion: |
All in all this marker is 1.) not overpriced as some say 2.) shoots badass 3.) is great for the money. If you dont get this gun or wish you could get it, someone should kick you in the balls, thats all. |

this is a great gun, super fast thats why a halo is required, the eye works soooo great, if you use a halo get impluse ball detents, i'd try to find one used but its worth buying new, i'd get a 14inch stiffi or ultralight for this gun and a rail or unimount, NO DROPS! the bolt is sweet |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I love my gun, with a revi its slow but with a halo its blazing fast. |

| Review: |
This review is of my teammates gun that we picked up at the 04 IAO. I am a huge Shocktech nut so when I saw this I had to check it out. Teammate Chris was looking for a new gun, and had been shooting Bushmasters in the past, so when he saw this he fell in love with it. The gun is light, gives my SFL Minicocker a run for it's money. The milling is nice and curvy, but like the Cocker, keeps it from looking too organic by throwing in some edges. Its is FAST! I don't subscribe to all the "my gun can do 30bps" bull-crap. Few, if anyone could ever legally shoot that fast but this thing blazes. I bet 20+ bps is easily achieved. You gas it up, start walking the trigger and the thing is like a machine gun! Break beam eyes complete the package and ensure no chopped balls. To me it seems a bit less accurate than a Cocker, but maybe it's just the way I shoot it, being use to shooting with a Cocker's profile in hands. Overall VERY nice gun! |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Chris got a heck of a deal. CP sold it to him for $500 and that included a barrel and in-line reg! For a gun that can go for $780 with NO reg or barrel... thats a steal! The joint ICD-ST project that produced this gun has made one awesome marker. Occasionaly one shows up on eBay with a price more comparable to Chris', and you are intrested, I'd say go for it, these guns are awesome! Nothing is perfect - 9 out of 10! |

| Review: |
Well, if I had to rate my very first experience with this marker, I would have given it a big fat ZERO!!! but since the folks at Indian Creek were VERY VERY helpful, I am a little happier these days. The whle board had to be replaced, and the marker had to be re-bored to smooth it out, after the bolt pin hit the back of the frame so much, it caused the frame to chip away, and I couldn't get the bolt out through the rear. This was caused by the plug that holds the ram in place was not threaded completely from the manufacturer. The bolt was worn also, and had to be replaced. I would definitely be loyal to an ICD product on customer service alone. They really aim to please. Great bunch of people over there in Idaho. Shocktech won't have to worry about me contacting them again, I'm just going straight to ICD. I'm sure Shocktech is great, it was just some miscommunication. I learned a lesson on how the industry operates with the manufacturing of markers, etc. Multiple companies, for one product. Either way, the marker rips now, and I'm back in business.
This is a sweet set-up. Many on the fiield do a double take, it's just that sweet. Many wanted to fire it, and when they did, it raised a few brows!!! I'm surprised we don't see more of these out there. From A-Z thisi gun is a great buy for the money, but shop around. If you want to compete but don't want to spend the big GRAND or more, then this ain't a bad move. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
REPLACE THE WHOLE BOARD on a BRAND NEW GUN... If it wan't for bad luck, I don't think I would have any luck at all... I think I got a bad apple initially, but leave to the folks at ICD to get you back in the game. Replacing a board in a brand new gun, anda having to re-bore it as well... well, I hope I've had my fair share of bad experiences with this gun, how much worse could it have gotten... Like I said before, my BEFORE rating would have given this thing a ZERO, but since it has been re-built, better, faster, stronger... $6,000,000!!!!!!
I have to give it a 9, based on it's initial performance since it's been returned. I hope I'm not premature on this rating, or you will be sure to see a revision on this review!!! |

Well, you have to get a reg and a barrel since the gun does not come with either one. I use a torpedo reg (as metioned above). Halo B or egg is a must. Large capacity air tank!!! It uses alot of gas. |

 |
 |
| Strengths: |
Fast, pretty accurate, light, low profile |
 |
| Weaknesses: |
Uses lots of air(or I use to many balls), hard to clean chops |
 |
| Review: |
Well i got this gun for $550 used. What a great deal. At first, I had problems with the eye system. I had the board at 66.6 bps and the thing was skipping every other shot. When I turned the eye system off, the gun chopped. When the gun chops, you have to spend a long while cleaning up. I set the swithes to 24.8 bps and its shooting fine. The egg was having trouble keeping up but the halo does the job. The stock trigger has lots of side play witch you can use to your advantage. Well the gun is perfect for tournament play. The LCD screen comes in handy with the shot counter and timer at the back of the gun. It is extreemly light. Use a big airtank. Its not very good on air. The milling is not all that great, but the body is very slim. People stare a lot, which is cool. I can't really talk about accuracy because of the cheap barrel I have. I got it for free. Umm i think I covered everything. Oh, did I mention its fast? |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Well overall a good gun. Like all guns, it has its advantages and disadvantages. Just look around for a gun that suites you. The only reason this guns not getting a ten is because its not perfect. Air efficiency is not to good. This gun fits me like a old pair of shoes. It complements my syle of play very well. If its speed you're looking for, look no further. |

Not so gas efficient, not very consistent |
 |
| Review: |
Mine didn't come with a Dye Sticky Grip, oh well, no big deal. My bolt was too big for the gun, so it started to stick a little bit and reduced gas efficiency. For some reason my consistency isn't very good at all. If anybody knows how to fix my efficiency or consitency lemme know. My email address is shown I think, but if not then its dantheduck23@hotmail.com. Then again, when the gun shoots however fast you can move the fully adjustable trigger, its not that big of a deal. It's primarily a front man gun, so you dont really need very high velocity anyways. Also, this thing rips. I've outshot angels and timmies, you name it, this gun will outshoot it. This gun is extremely light too, its actually lighter than the SFL Autococker. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you're looking to either buy a new tourney level gun, or you want to make the jump from a lower level gun, this is the gun for you. This gun is fast, light, accurate, and definately attracts peoples attention. |
