I shoot an old Tippmann 68 carbine with a venturi bolt and J&J ceramic barrel which the t-ranger does not come close to in terms of reliability. |
| Marker Setup: |
I use the tippmann most running with a remote and expansion chamber. |
Recommended Upgrades: |
For the t-ranger there aren't any upgrdes except for a barrel or expansion chamber. |
| Strengths: |
it comes as a kit with hopper, gun, and hard case. Looks great. |
| Weaknesses: |
chops balls and worr tech won't return e-mails for help. |
| Review: |
When I bought this gun I was really excited about it, being a good price for what you received. It shot pretty good for the first few games I played only chopping a few balls. After that it started chopping them pretty regularly (about 1 in 10 balls) no matter how fast I shot. I was hoping this would replace my tippmann as my main gun but it was the other way round. I am very disappointed in the performance of this gun and worr tech. |
| Conclusion: |
I would not recommend this gun to anyone unless you like to clean your barrel after every game. There are no useful upgrades for this gun plus THEY DON'T MAKE IT ANYMORE. For the price you can buy a more reliable gun that you can upgrade . |

| Review: |
Hey, if your a bigginer and don't no the difference between electric and semi-auto or the difference between CO2 and Nitro by all means get this gun. But over all I do not suggest this gun to anyone and on top of all the things you have learned from paintball i think you should learn not to get this gun. I have not had good experiences with this gun. For example in the Key Weaknesses i said that the CO2 litterally pours out of the gun, well it does do that while you are taking the tank out, but sometimes the gun can't wait and just lets the gas pour out anyway. No, it didn't come out of the hose or the drop foward it came right out of the barrel through the gun and out the barrel. When it happened i thought (what the FUK) my gun had turned into a flame thrower and it didn't stop until the CO2 was out. So if you're just look'n for a gun to start you off for about 1-2 years or day depend on how reliable and patient you are get it, but i really don't request you get it. Also i have recently found out that they don't even make this gun so good (or mabe bad) luck finding it. |
| Conclusion: |
I give this a higher rating then a 1 because it is still a good gun for beginners, but still i think that there are better guns out there so rated this inbetween 1 and 5 = 3 (not that great i wouldn't get too excited think of it as geting a 30 on a test ya not so good) |

this gun is very good. and ever accurate. its fast and light. i played a 9 on 9 and took out 5 guys in 4 mins with this gun. if you get this gun id recommend a egg. maybe a new bolt to. i would recommend this gun to anyone who had a spyder or anything like a spyder such as a spyder, pirhana, and a brass eagle |
| Conclusion: |
very good for its price. get this gun! all you'll need is a new barrel, egg and a drofoward. if you get a new barrel id say a teardrop, a dye excel or a dye boomstick |

| Review: |
The T Ranger is a great5 gun, especially for beginner to intermediate players. I recomend it highly over most tippmans and spyders over the same price. The entire year I have had this gun, it hasn't broken yet, and works very well with CO2. I love the color, especially the matte black, and they dont reflect sunlight at all! |
| Conclusion: |
Overall, this is a great gun, for an extremely cheap price (I got mine for $150.00). I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS GREAT GUN!!!!!!!! |

Just don't buy the pile of crap. |
| Strengths: |
Having thought about this one for a long time i can think of only one.
It stips down somewhat easy (but this really donsn't matter when it won't work) |
| Weaknesses: |
The gun is defective ... in more ways than i thought possible.
First it leakes from everywhere. I've tried everything to stop it but it justt keeps right on leakin.
Second, 3/4 of the time it wont shoot. the bolt hangs up. I think the ball detent is the problem here. Also sometimes it misfires - i think thats in the trigger assembly. Again I've done everything to try to fix it like oil it clean it oil it clean it.
When it does shoot, 1 in 4 balls break. When it finally fires a paintball they curve all over the place - even though i have the velocity turned down to where the screw is almost to pop out of the end of the gun. I'm using diablo inferno so its not the paint.
Next the gun is just made plain cheap. The stick-on decals on the left side have come off - and i havent even used it in a game. |
| Conclusion: |
This gun is a complete piece of defective crap. If you think it will be a good gun b/c it's made by WGP think again. That's what I thought. I'm sending mine back. Obvioulsy they didn't spend much time on it. Not only is it junk - WGP hardly have them in stock. I had to wait 2 months on mine. I guess if you just love aggrevation and can't wait for something to be pissed at all the time go ahead and get this marker. But if you're one of those people with brains - DONT BUY THIS GUN! |

| Weaknesses: |
The barrel and maybe shorter trigger pull.

| Review: |
I think this is a good gun for the money. It seems like I could keep upgrading it for a long time. I like it alot. It doesn't ever chop and is fairly accurate. The gun has never had any problems. Many people complain of it not being sold anymore, but you can still buy parts for it easily. Another good feature about this gun is that it has a small drop forward and it also is easy to strip. |
| Conclusion: |
I would recommend this to beginners and intermediate people too. It is a good starter gun, but can have many things upgraded on it easily. |

Well i had some problemes with mine (See Below)
| Review: |
Well when I bought this gun I thought I was getting a good deal mainly because of the WGP name. The marker worked wonderfully until I was crawling along the ground and the x-chamber hit a rock. When the co2 finally ran out I saw that the o-ring had become misplaced so i removed the vertical adapter to put it back in place. This was the beginning of the end for my T-Ranger. I successfully replaced the o-ring and proceeded to rebuild the vertical adapter into place. I noticed that it was taking along time for it to sung up but finally I thought I got it in. When I regassed it the whole vert adapter blasted of and released another can of co2. The threads in the body of the vert adapter had become completely stripped. So I took it to the local shop to be repaired and they sent it out to WGP headquarters. It finally got bad "fixed" so in the shop I gassed it up and the exact same thing happened. This repeated TWO more times before it didn’t happen again. The vert adapter still moves after every shot though, so it isn’t truly fixed. Later I found out that there had been a manufacturing defect in the bodies causing this to happen. In other words I got screwed over by WGP |
| Conclusion: |
Overall it was a bad little fault that doomed the use of this marker. IF you look around the porblem you see another spin off of the god old spyder design. the flush cocking is i good feature. |

.not too heavy |

.and it breaks down a lot |
| Review: |
this gun only has a couple of good things about it like the accuracy and it is really quiet all wgp's have both those qualities. also i think that this gun is bad because its not fast enough 1, 2 i have never made it through a day of paintball without it breaking, and 3 it cannot shoot fast at all i mean it can only get like 5 bps even with my ricochet then it usually chops. |
| Conclusion: |
basically i don't think this gun is a good gun but this was my starter gun and im now getting an orracle. i do not recommend this gun to anyone unless you are just starting and your just going to play for fun in woods or just playing around with it, and also i definatly would not buy it if it doesn't come with a lifetime warranty because they break down all of the time and you have to get it fixed. i baught mine with a lifetime warranty. |

| Review: |
This gun is probly the best entry level gun you can/could buy. If you or anyone is getting into paintball this is the gun you should get. You can easily go for this gun to a high class tourni gun.
I would suggest getting a nitro tank just to greatly improve consistensy and accuracy. |
| Conclusion: |
A great entry level and intermediate gun
I would suggest this over any spyder or tippman |

I really like this gun. it is very accurate even with a stock barrel. and it shoots pretty fast so you need an electric hopper or you will chop like crazy. there is a volumizer that you can get for 15 bucks. I got it and it made my gun more accurate. |

I recommend this gun to all beginner, or intermediate players because it is a great gun. |
