This new bolt pin is one of the lightest you will find. First, here are some benefits by using this pin. Titanium bolts pins are almost half the weight of the stock pins. These pins weigh only 6.8gr versus 13.1gr of the stock stainless steel one. Less weight means less kick, which ultimately translates into better accuracy. Titanium steel that has the best corrosion resistant properties. Choice from two styles available, polished head is standard on both. This pin makes the perfect combo for the Impulse "Equalizer"bolt.
Product Availability
The New Designz TI Bolt Pins are newer, so they should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review: I got this little piece of titanium not expecting any differnce at all in performance but i was wrong. my kick went down slightly. thats about it. you can get them used on ebay for like $5-$10. its worth it. works great with my setup, especially makes a great partner to the new designz stubby equalizer bolt.
Conclusion: Get it. new designz is a great company that makes the BEST stuff possible for impys. and they did it again with this bolt pin. just buy it used for cheaper.

Review: Awesome bolt pin. It looks nice, its light strong and its made by NDZ. NDZ always makes good products. The bolt pin seemed to reduce kick by a tiny bit becuase it was a bit lighter than my original bolt pin. This is a good quality bolt pin and it looks nice on my gun.
Conclusion: Looks nice and seemed to reduce kick by a tiny bit. get this its alot better than the stock one.

Review: Well, some of you might be wondering, why anyone who has to buy their own clothes, pay the rent, and pay for meals would want to spend 20-30$ on a bolt pin? well, for one thing it looks good, a stock impulse with a nd ti rounded pin looks killa. the real reason someone would buy this is so that they can ballance out their internals. on impulses, when you buy new internals (bolt, bolt pin, hammer, ram) you need to makes sure that the internals don't wieght more than +/-1500_+/-1100 grains. the stock bolt pin wieghts 216 grains. if you buy new internals, it is ideal to have the center of mass be on the hammer, so that the gun can cycle faster and at a lower pressure. so that means you wouldn't want to have a bolt pin that wieghts almost as much some bolts and more than the ram. that is why you buy a new ti bolt pin, to make sure that your gun is perfectly fine tuned.
Conclusion: Buy this if you are buying any new internals*. another reason to buy one, beside's it's killa looks, is so that you can tell all your friends that you have something titanium on your gun.

*don't buy a new pin if you are only buying a new bolt and have the stock hammer and ram.

for more information on fine tuning the wieght of your internals go to; http://www.kamworld.net/paintball/ImpulseFAQ_Upgrades.html#U

i am giving it a nine because i prefer derlin pin's to any type of metal pins.

Strengths: Looks good, light, strong. Less kick.
Weaknesses: Nothing really.
Review: This bolt pin is the perfect addition to your gun to allow faster cycling times, and to better balance the internals of your gun. It also reduces kick. Plus, it looks great and is made out of titanium. This is one of the strongest metals out there, perfect for the bolt pin. The SS ones are too heavy, the delrin ones break... Stick with a proven strong material and a proven company. New Designz is great.
Conclusion: Look no further if you want a new bolt pin. Strongest, best looking, reduces kick and allows a perfect balance of internals. BUY ONE NOW!

Strengths: Very light, allows you to lower yoru internal weight to balance out your internals
Weaknesses: None
Review: This is a great upgrade if you mix it with the right internals. it is lighter and works great with the equalizer bolt. If you mix it with the right internals you can have a markler that rips. If you have ne questions as to balancing your internals you can go to an impulse owners group website to get all your questions answered.
Conclusion: This is a great upgrade, but like i said above mix it with the right stuff and you'll rip on and off the fields.

Strengths: The good is this is a great way to help you balance your gun for a decent price.
It looks good on most if not all guns.
works well and with the parts i have listed my internals weight is bout 1102 grains +- a few.
And much easer to grab than the stock (IMO)

Weaknesses: well there realy is not much bad. It is a bolt pin and it does its job like it is spota.
Conclusion: If you have a extra few dollars around and want to get a lil shiney accent that helps preformace then get this.

Marker Setup: Impulse w/ New Designz everything...gladiator reg, lpr mod.
Strengths: It weighs almost nothing.
Great for a small chrome accent
Rounded top is very sleek and sexy
Definitely an excellent combo w/ the bolt
Combined w/ bolt...your internals are alot lighter...allowing faster cycle rate.
Weaknesses: Nothing
Conclusion: This pin does not wear down or scratch up or anything...it maintains its excellent, smooth, chrome finish. Makes not only as a performance upgrade, but also looks better than the stock pin (alot better!)

You want to get a delrin bolt (for both less friction and weight loss) and this goes very well w/ it, b/c it's also very light. Doing this will let your impulse cycle much easier and faster.

This pin and the ND bolt are difintely "must do" upgrades to any impulse!

Weaknesses: None at all
Review: There really isnt alot to say I mean its a bolt pin. Its lighter then the stock bolt pin so thats one positve to this pin. Also I personally really like the round Ti pin because its different from other bolt pins out there. It attracts alot of attention out on the field.
Conclusion: If your looking for a nice, light weight bolt pin this is it.
