The setting and scenario of Spplat Attack will echo adventures familiar to fans of Shatner. As Shatner the Supreme he fights to keep the Big Giant Head's advanced weapons from falling into his enemies hands and preserve the balance of power in the universe. He must accomplish this not only by combat but by cunning. Strategy and alliances play pivotal roles as the three teams struggle to complete their missions.
The Spplat Attack Video is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.
any other DVD--> surprisingly, none of them had old Billy Shatner as the star...
Halo B Z-board
Got the hopper for cheap from a friend. (yes I know I suck)
no paintball knowledge required
cheep (I got mine for 3.50 at Wal-Mart)
Get to see all sorts of awesome gun set ups
If you bought it to learn about paintball/see tons of stratgies and cool action, you bought it for the wrong reason and won't enjoy it.
This is great for getting some of the guys together and watching an unentertaining aweful movie. If you payed any more than $5 for this you payed too much. Come into the movie with low expectations and you'll love it. I still watch it every once in a while, and everytime I watch it, I notice something new about it, or in the very least, another time Shatner swears.
Get it only if it's cheap and expect only the worst, only then will you enjoy this delightfully aweful dvd to the fullest.

it's great, alot of excitment.fun for the whole family and if you like william shatner you'll love this film.
Fun, entertaining, and a good video of a large scenario game.
Too much going on, can be confusing at times. Hard to keep track of scoring.
I have to admit, this is a pretty cool video, if only for the theme and story behind it. And besides, it's got William Shatner. It's a pretty cool large battle scenario game, using characters and teams based out of Star Trek. And just watching Shatner trying to coordinate attacks, and play paintball, is damn funny. It's Captain Kirk paintball style!!
Although the video has some funny moments and some good shots of paintball in action, it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to figure out what's going on in the game. At random times in the video, a scoreboard pops up showing the scores, but you have no idea how the teams achieved them. Sometimes they describe certain operations and scoring, but other times, teams score points with no explanation.
I think this video would have been better as just a documentary. Instead, they try to take you along the game, showing you score updates and the planning of attacks, operations, etc. Unfortunately, with so much going on, it's very difficult to know what's going on half of the time.
It's good to watch once, but the 2nd or 3rd times, I usually just end up fast forwarding to the scenes I liked, where the battles were good. I know this is the first time Shatner has set this up, but I heard they are planning on making it an annual event. Hopefully this was just part of the learning process, and the video will be better produced next year.
