This fore-end gives your A5 a more military look and also gives you something of more substance to hold on to. It also comes with it's own armson barrel. The barrel is removable so you could use a different barrel if you choose. However, the barrel that comes with this is fatter than most so you may need to 'shim' a different barrel to make it fit properly.

None, this is the first fore end grip of this nature I've used.

Strengths:
Great military style look and feel. Extremely comfortable when in use with the sniper stock.
Weaknesses:
easily stripped set screws, limits the barrels you can use with your gun.
Review:
I have used this product for a few months now, and have thoroughly enjoyed the realistic feel of it. I just refuse to use a speedball gun the looks and feels like a toy. I prefer woodsball and often employ the tactics of a stalker or sniper, this gun along with the sniper stock and the F/x fore end, give this gun the look and feel of an actual fire arm. Not only is this intimidating to other players sporting colorful Spyders, but it also makes you respect it as a weapon and not a toy. I removed the stock forward grip and only use the f/x fore end now.
Conclusion:
I believe this to be a valuable upgrade to those who would appreciate a realistic approach to the sport, and for those who like to take aimed precision shots. I'm giving this product an eight only because of the poor set screws that strip after a few removals to clean your gun.

When i first got it I wasn't too impressed I ended up getting the 14" barrel. once I put it on though it was another story It went well with the a-5 and that is all i can really say about it it doesnt do naything it just looks cool sitting there.
Conclusion:
if you want the realistic look on a marker then get this. too expensive get it off ebay or something because the barrel that they force you to buy ,the one that comes with it isn't all that great for $100+ this barrel should be way better.
