This high quality cocking rod comes in all colors and chrome. This cocking rod gives you the ability to lock down the rod with the same allen wrench that you use to change your velocity.
Product Availability
The Shocktech Cocking Rod is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Shocktech 3:16 + cocking rod
Strengths:
Smooth clean fit. one Allen wrench for lockdown and velocity adjustment. Perfect.
Weaknesses:
Ano finish could be a more vibrant color. That's it.
Review:
I've gone through several types of cocking rod, mostly wanting to lessen the amount of Allen wrenchs you have to carry around. Well the Shocktech rod is perfect.
Past cocking rods have a very rough feel with the hammer, NOT the Shocktech. It matches perfectly with the hammer, and setting it for the correct distance was a breeze.
Plus the advantage of using one Allen wrench makes the price so worth it.
Conclusion:
A perfect cocking rod for your Autococker or Sniper. Get it if you want to make your life easier and not have to search for different wrenchs before getting out to the field.
Stock Cocking rod, and I switched back to it because of this POS
Marker Setup:
2k3 Blue WGP Autococker
Red 12" CP Barrel
Blue Ricochet 2k
Red Black Magik Flame Trigger
Clear Dye Sticky Grips
Blue 32* Flame Drop
Red P&P ASA
20oz C02 & Blue Redz Tank Cover
Strengths:
Comes in colors, too bad they don't match any non custom annoes
Velocity adjustment
Weaknesses:
Setting it when timing the gun
Review:
This cocking rod is a real pain. When you unscrew the little set screw that holds it in position, it's still near impossible to time the cocker with this thing. It makes velocity adjustment easier, but timing is more difficult. Avoid.

Review:
Bought this from a Pro shop because my stock rod was loosening up after about 25-30 shots. I got this because i trust the shocktech name. i took this out the day after i bought it and shot about 900 shots. didnt budge. really nice and sturdy for the money. also has some nice weight to it.
Conclusion:
I recommend this if your still running a stock rod or your current one is loosening up.
SOLID Design, Variety of Colors, A Name You Can Trust
Weaknesses:
Not vey "Aestetically Appealing" (Good Looking)
Review:
I bought this particular product, because they did not have the one I was loking for.....and I was on my way to a game. I know, and have used, Shocktech products in the past. They are made well, and last a VERY LONG TIME. All cocking rods do the same thing,....lock the hammer into place. It's just a matter of which one "Looks" the best when it does it. If you like the "Cylinder" design that this company produces, then you found what you were looking for. They provide all of the "Normal" colors, and are easily installed.
Conclusion:
I would reccomend this product. It's sleek, lightweight, and durable. Just because I don't like the way it looks, doesn't mean that somebody else doesn't like it's looks as well.

03 cocker, eclipseblade, boomstick, HALO B, HP tank, superfly, shocktech cocking rod
Strengths:
Nothing, they say it wont loosen and fall out. Yeah right.
Weaknesses:
Everything, its fraud. It loosens, and falls out.
Review:
This is a rediculous waste of 12 dollars which in this case should have been free. My stock cocking rod from my 03 cocker is better then this waste of metal. "Wont loosen" they say! Try will always loosen no matter how much you tighten it. This does not deserve the Shocktech name. Shocktech knows better then to make this useless, piece for the gun. I usually trust shocktech for the highest quality paintball supplies; the superfly, the reg, the shocktech shocker. I am hoping the Shocktech company realizes the mistake they have made and corrected it.
Conclusion:
Waste of 12 bucks. Stick to your stock cocking rod. Shocktech made a huge mistake, dont go just by the shocktech name. I unfortounatley did that and look where I am.
