| Review: |
Well when i first got this gun i was so excited to see it what it really looked like. So i opened the box and was amazed not only by the fact that i got a tactical kaner kit and an installed bottom line with it which i didnt know i was getting. But by the milling and cool factor and just total awsomeness of it. The pictures of it are nothing compared to it in real life its amazing. So i went and got my tank filled and gassed it up, it was perfectly timed and shot great, then i noticed this thing was fast!!!!!! and with the barrel kit it shot darts. Also it was great that it was ready to shoot out of the box. I recomend this gun to anyone. |

| Review: |
Ok, this is an amazing gun, great scenario although I would't recommend it for speedball. I can say that if you play speedball and want to get into scenario this is the gun to get. Unlike the A-5 And Armotech guns these little buggers give you a speedball feild in a scenario gun. Thats why I bought it. I had an A-5 and seen the armotechs. They arnt bulky and have stocks. Worr did a great job with this gun, basicly if you know about the origenal Vert Feed you know that it can basicly be used as a scenario and speedball gun, what Worr did was take all the speedball out of it and upgraded the hell out of the scenario side. It shoots far and doesn't seem to be designed for speedball at all. The stock barrel unlike all the other barrels that say they will clean themsevles after a ball breaks this one actually does. This is my first autococker but I have allot of freinds with them. I love this gun and woud reccomend it to the scenario player.
Just for a refrence try not to buy one from web site. I odered from paintball outlet and the gun came and would not work at all. I gave it to 2 techs and they couldnt fix it. I finnally whent in myself and got it into shape, now it works like a charm, just be nice to cockers dont f*** with them. Their touchy.
I would have to recomend an Orracle over this honestly. Since the prices are both pretty much the same, plus all I hear is how amazing those things are.
Dont take my word for it, try them out yourself.
Im updating this, the last time i wrote is what was above, The gun keeps on breaking and I have had nothing but problems with it. I doubt that its the guns fault cause I swear it was referbished just so you know not to buy from them. Im ganna keep the same rating becuase I rated it on how it works, when it works, not on when its broken. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Buy it if you go to allot of scenario games or play in the woods!!!
Great gun. |

| Review: |
I bought this gun to be an upgrade from my 98 custom. Oh man, was it. I looked at this originally becuase it was an upgraded autococker (orracle parts), with a barrel kit included (mine was), and it was all mech. I play a lot of woodsball in the rain, so getting somehting that would work 100% of the time in the rain (not an electro, or have to worry about batteries) concerned me. So far after a year, it hasnt failed me yet. I love mine to death.
Basiclly, a tactical is an upgraded mechanical autocker with a camo paintjob. For those of you that arn'r familer with autocockers, dont think this is anything special for scenario and woodsball players. It is however, still a sweet cocker.
Just some quick notes about things that I've noticed:
- The ergo reg takes about 1-2 cases to break in. Even after that it's cronoing at +/- 10 fps. The funny thing is, with decent paint accuracy is still really great. I still plan on getting a CP reg as soon as I have the money however; those things rock.
- Also, I got mine with a 5 peice kaner barrel system with it. Kaners are really good systems, with decently long backs. I've heard these are hard to come by these days, so if you're looking at a tactical and it comes with the kaner, get it. It's a bit challenging to find places that sell just the individual kaner barrel halves as well, but there are one or two sites online.
- Thge Inline reg is attached directly into front block, making it impossible to buy / upgrade a new front block. This might not seem that bad, but as time goes on I want to upgrade the cocker, and having the inline reg placement where it is cancels out some upgrade choices.
- The on/off asa that comes stock is a peice of crap... get a CP on/off as soon as possible (a $35 upgrade). It's smooth as butter, compared to the WPG on/off that you have to take a wrench to.
- Cocker's are picky with crap in barrels. If you break in the barrel, then it's not good. This means get a good paint-to-barrel match, and dont shortstroke. Shortstroking is pulling the trigger faster then the marker cycles the bolt. The bolt moves forward before a ball enters the chamber, and you chop a ball. If I fire the marker well the entire day, then I never break and the thing is beautiful. If I get stupid and shortstroke, then it's one break after another. If this is your first autococker, you'll have to learn how to pull the trigger correctly. Dont worry though, it's easy. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you play woodsball / scenario ball mainly, want a high end mech marker, and you're looking for a huge upgrade from your spyder / tippmann that will give you better preformance, then this is your marker.
I give the tactical a 9 out of 10, becuase for an MSPR of $675, WPG could give a better asa on / off and inline regulator. The barrel kit and orracle parts are a def plus though. |

| Review: |
I have been salivating over the VF Tactical ever since I saw it in a magazine back in the early Spring. I finally saw it in person in a local shop and I just fell in love with its looks, but not knowing much about Autocockers I was nervous about buying it. I also felt the price was a little steep when comparing it to the Prostock (2004 Vertical Feed). The guy at the shop told me it had better internals, but I think the main reason it costs nearly three hundred dollars more is just because its so beautiful (can I say that about a marker?). Well, I finally broke down and bought an Olive colored one this past weekend. The shop in MA where I purchased it set up a bottom line and timed it for me. Anyway, weight wise I would not say it is a light gun, but it is well balanced. It sits comfortably in the hand and the front grip feels perfect. The build is top notch. The gun feels extremely solid. My A-5, as rugged as it is, feels a bit plasticky (OK, so it is a bit plasticky) compared to it but to be fair to the A-5, for the price it can't be beaten. My old standby, the never failing Automag, seems like the ugly duckling when placed side by side to the VF Tactical. I gassed the Tactical up and fired about 24 balls through it and for a mechanical marker I am very impressed with how light the trigger pull is and how effortless it is to pump out ball after ball! The whole trigger frame is worth its weight in gold. I did not test the accuracy, but if it is as accurate as Autocockers claim to be then I can't wait to get out to the field. And of course I am keeping my fingers crossed that the timing doesn't give me problems.
|
 |
| Conclusion: |
I would recommend this gun if you 1) want an Autococker 2) have the money 3) don't want to go electric...yet 4) like the way your gun looks as much as how good it shoots.
I'm giving it a nine out of ten only because I am still skeptical about its price. |

| Review: |
When I first seen it I was like it looks cool but I dont think it will be as good as my gx-4 (my friend had it). Well I had ordered a 16" dye ultralite barrel off ebay because it was only $20. I figured I would sell it for more. But my friend was like shoot this. And I put that dye barrel on there and became hooked. I traded him my gx-4 with then eblade for it straight up. Everyone said I was stupid until they seen me play with it, then they were like you made a good trade you play so much better with it. I have no quarrels with the stock barrel. Just not fond of the length. I cant find a camo kaner kit anywhere. So my gun is camo and black. Which still looks sharp. I have owned other guns since I have had this but I always play with the tac. I bought a dye lcd matrix and I played with it twice and went back to this gun. I will probably just sell the trix and get me an eblade. I have had so many offers for it but I cant part with it.
Oh yeah and the reverse 15 degree block to where the reg comes in toward the trigger makes the gun feel awesome. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I would recommend this gun to anyone. I havent had to work on mine or nothing. I promise you wont be dissapointed. If you just have to have something faster the Karnivor feels the same but already has an eblade. The smart thing to do would be buy the tac and find a eblade off ebay you will come out cheaper. |

| Review: |
As a scenario player I love the look of this marker , it's performance is great once you get rid of the stock barrel . I use a dye ultralight system for mine and it improves the noise factor and the acuracy 10 fold. You would think that WGP would put a decent barrel on it but I guess they wern't thinking of that when they assembled it. This is a very durable marker , I've dropped it and slammed it into bunkers and the ground and it keeps coming back as strong as ever. the actuating rod cover is a great improvement over regular cockers, It helps to keep big fingers , twigs, bushes and other wood debris off this vital piece of the marker. over all it is a good marker but you need to improve the barrel out of the gate so plan on that if you are looking at this one. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Great scenario marker, but remember the barrel upgrade is mandatory. if the stock barrel was better rating would be 10 |

| Review: |
The VF-T represents the first time I have actually owned an Autococker. While I have certainly used more than a few cockers in my playing experience I never really liked the way it functioned. I never had a qualm with the way cockers performed, simply the way they felt.
That being said I have always had a soft spot for mechanical markers having never really liked the mouse-click feel of the electronic markers out there. I ended up buying this marker as because of the retirement of my venerable Automag that has seen me through more games than any other marker I have ever owned. To be honest I bought this marker on an impulse - I saw it cheap, had the money on hand and decided I simply liked the way it looked.
When I finally got the marker I was immensely impressed with the quality of the marker right out of the box. The marker was well balanced though a bit on the heavy side as cockers tend to be. The first trial of the marker came the next weekend where all I did was gas up the thing and fill the hopper and played. Despite my dislike of cocker triggers, I found this one to be very agreeable, requiring no real change in my shooting style to fire at speed. Speaking of speed I was equally impressed with how easy it was to shoot quickly. For a mechanical trigger, the pull was surprisingly short and smooth, pvoring almost impossible to short stroke after so many years of playing on the much stiffer automag trigger.
All in all, the marker performed as well as I would expect a mid range marker to do - it was very consistant, fired quickly and easily and suffered no out of the box surprises. Any of the flaws that I can find with the marker are really just a matter of preference. For example, I prefer shorter markers (the reason I stayed with a Mag for so long), and while not overly large or cumbersome I found myself having to move a few more inches away from my bunker when snap shooting than I am accustomed to. The weight was a bit on the heavy side but then again it wasn't enough to be uncomfortable, nor did it detract from my ability to use the marker effectively - it was simply noticable.
The marker is of course designed for the scenario player but it isn't married to that role. It after all simply looks like a fancy matte colored autococker and happens to have a rail in place of the old shroud. The VF-T is also one of the only scenario guns where you pay for performance as well as looks, and in a market where people willingly pay $400 or more on a Spyder clone with some fancy cosmetic bits the price is very reasonable. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
The VF-T Autococker is an amazingly high quality marker that was surprisingly designed for the scenario market. When compared to comparable markers across the board the price is a touch high but given the amazingly inflated price of scenario guns (where you pay for looks rather than performance) It is quite a deal. The marker is equally at home on the speedball field as it is in the woods with the matte finish helping reduce your visibility if you intend to stay hidden. Since I can think of no real flaw with this marker, especially when considering the market segment, I give it a 9.5/10. |

I didn't think the stock barrel was bad at all, in fact that was my last upgrade, but yes if you want amazing accuracy plus a little more you can get a better barrel, longer helps with the markers volume. A dye izon is also a quality upgrade, it takes the gun to a whole new level

 |
| Review: |
This is my first autococker and I very seriously doubt that I will ever get anything but. It took awhile get to the trigger pull so I wasn't short stroking the trigger.( this will happen when you go from a shocker 20+ balls to autococker 10 balls) This marker is awesome! It first of all is one of the scariest set ups I have ever seen. If had to name it's biggest strength it would be accuracy. If you want to be able to point and hit with one shot, this is your marker. I don't to put electric on mine because you really don't need to spray, if you can see it, you can hit with minimal difficulty. The weight could be a big deal for some, it weights more than my tippmann, but no worries, it's worth it's weight in gold. Another great thing about the vf tactical is rails offers endless tactical options. Flashlight, laser, sight, bi-pod, whatever, there's room. The ano job is amazing, yes it is impossible to get matching accessories, but the camo is very intimidating. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
This is by far the best paintball marker I have ever tested or used. I would recommend it to any woodsball/ scenario player. |

| Review: |
This by far is my favorite marker, accurate, sweet looking, reliable, easy maintenance. The occasional 3-way cleaning is a good trade off for all the pluses of this marker. I used to use a WG-65a2 which worked well when it actually worked but it would break down every other game. My VFT has never let me down. Any problems I've had with it were minimal and due to improper paint to bore match (even with the improper bore match it still shot pretty well and for the most part shot its self clean). That's why I recomend getting a barrel kit for it so that problem will be eliminated. And if your new to autocockers an important thing to remember is don't mess with the timing unless you know what your doing, it's timed perfectly out of the box. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Absolutly awesome gun, if you like scenarios, or thinking of getting into scenarios and are looking for a great gun, get the VFT you won't regret it. |

| Review: |
I just got done using this one at D-Day in Oklahoma, and I am very glad I bought this marker. It is very accurate and can put out a huge amount of paint when you need it to. I had a few feed problems early in the game, but I think it just needed oil worked through all the pneumatics. After an hour it was working fine. It is very gas efficient, and I couldn't really short stroke the trigger since the pull is so short anyways. The only real issue is that it doesn't really seem to be any lighter than the standard cockers, which I would have liked, especially for a scenario game. Also, the barrel on it is the Black Magic barrel, which has a bore size of .687. This can be a bit small for a lot of field and recball paint, and tourney paint, which I imagine fits very well, can get a bit pricey. Might want to invest in a multi-bore system (the Kaner kit from WGP has matching color schemes). |
 |
| Conclusion: |
A very nice marker that can work for scenario through tourney play. Might want to get a multi-bore barrel kit. Otherwise, an excellent, non-electronic marker. |
