ANything worthy, dont buy cheap paint. There is no barrel that can make cheap paint shoot good. I preffer GAP/evil
Strengths:
Good quality, 5 inserts, PURDY!
Weaknesses:
Reverse threads take a minute to get used to.
Review:
Try getting an over tightened freak back off of your autococker, its a royal pain in the butt. The hoses solenoid/3way and the LPR prevent you from gettin a good girp on it. The sanchez machine inserts are reverse threaded all ya gotta do is twist the barrel and the back stays intact, Kinda cool.
I recommend getting the wrench for this kit so you can tighten the inserts into the back of the barrel. Got mine on Ebay for $74.00 WOW a whole freak kit cost ya $150. There is no reason to not like this barell. High Quality for a great price. It's good to see that quality paintball equipment is finally becoming more affordable.
Conclusion:
If you dont already have a good barrel kit go out and buy this one. This is excellent stuff for a real decent price if you just be patient look around.
Similar to all the other Sanchez Machine barrels. thats really about it. They aren't standard inserts, and they aren't normal backs either.
Marker Setup:
Angel 4, 70/4500 WorrGas Adjustable, Halo B, SM G3 Dream Series barrel kit
Recommended Paintballs:
Anything, its mulitiple bore for that reason
Strengths:
High quality machining, chokes are reverse threaded, neat looking
Weaknesses:
Control bore section is short. only 5 bores
Review:
This is a nice barrel kit. My only complaints are that its not a full length (6") control bore, and that its only 5 bores. The description lists this as only available for the Cocker and Spyders, but I got one for my Angel.
The machining on the barrel is very high quality. the Stainless section is nicely polished, and the anno on the aluminum front is very well done. there are no thin spots or anything. because the majority of the barrel is aluminum, its a very light weight barrel. I've only had it long enough to use it for a single day so far, but it treated me well. I only had one break, but thats because I didn't have Sensi turned on. Wasn't a barrel issue.
One of the nicest things about this barrel is that the back, or "choke", is reverse threaded. that way you don't have to worry about it getting stuck in the gun. Yes, I've had that problem Had that happen to me with my freak. I didn't receive the little wrench that goes with it, but that wasn't a big deal.
The sales rep that I talked to knew exactly what he was talking about, and he showed me all the different designs that they have and the differences from one to another. Nice guy too. :-D
Conclusion:
This is a nice product. I wasn't able to find one until I stopped by their booth at World Cup 2K3. High quality equipment for a reasonable price. I'd recommend this to anyone.
