None. I havn't owned any other hardshell barrel cases.
Marker Setup:
Model 98. Blazer. Trracer.
Strengths:
Durable. Thick Foam. Very protective. Sewn well. Looks Nice.
Weaknesses:
None. Price is decent.
Review:
Being a hard barrel case, it is nice and tough. You could drop it out of a moving vehicle and your barrels would not be damaged. The barrels fit tight in the foam so they can't move at all. It holds four 18" barrels. I bought the black one and it looks sharp, as most Dye products do.
Conclusion:
The Dye Boombox was well worth my $22 bucks. I recommend it if you don't want to have your barrels damaged in your gear bag or automobile or something. I give it a ten because I don't think other hard cases could protect any better.
