Screw the gauge right into your gun and then your tank or regulator screws into it. A must have for judging how much gas you have in your tank.
Product Availability
The CMI International In-line Co2 Gauge is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Marker Setup: Blue E99 w cmi 16' tru-flight, spoon drop, 32 degrees exchamber, checkit lpc, and boblong cyclone bolt.
Strengths: Very handy, accurate, very easy to install/uninstall, low-maintenance.
Weaknesses: Color dosen't match, gauge a bit bulky, nothing else.
Review: Bought for $16, plus about five for shipping. Came in very handy for determining when I'd need to refill co2 several times. This product is nice for a player who dosen't want to shell out lots o' cash for out of place tapping of gauge. It's of good quality and I'd recommend it to almost anybody.
Conclusion: But it, you won't regret it - there's no reason to waste piles of cash on fancy regs with gauges if you're only playing recball.
