Marker Setup: ICD Bushmaster BKO (used to have my Spyder, which is what this vert feed elbow is for)
Strengths: Looks good
Weaknesses: screws come loose
Review: I bought this because I hate looking at a plastic vertical feed elbow that has 2 big screws sticking out of the side of it. The Phat Vert Elbow does look really nice, but I wasn't pleased with mine at all. First day I had it, I tightened it onto my old Spyder Aggressor, along with the hopper. It looked cool and worked, for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes the screws came loose and the hopper and elbow kept spinning around and were loose. Eventualy, after tightening and retightening, I lost on of the screws (theres 3). Also, after a while, this elbow would leave nasty scars on my guns vert feed port, and scummed up the paint pretty badly.
Conclusion: It does look good, but mine just didn't work for me at all. Screws kept coming loose, causing frustration on the field. I eventually lost one of the screws. I just didn't think it was worth the $17.00 I paid for it. This elbow was put back into my tool box, and the old plastic elbow replaced it, but soon after, my BKO replaced my Spyder. Go for the ANS vert feed neck if you can, it's a lot better in my opinion.

Strengths: Looks really nice
Weaknesses: Screws come loose and fall out
Review: I have had this product for around a year now and at first i liked it, but then as i used it more i noticed that the screws kept coming out and my hopper would get very loose in the middle of a game. I tried to tighten the screws down and after the next game i would have to do it again. It became a real hassel, so i just stuck with the plastic ones that you tighten with a screw driver. The good thing about this product is that it makes your gun look nice and it is pretty solidly made.
Conclusion: Overall it is an ok product and i give it a 7 for its looks.

Weaknesses: Makes a taller set up than I would like
Review: This thing works as it should. It does mar the feed neck a little with the set screws, but that is covered anyway. It holds my Ricochet Apache on very solidly. The o-rings on the Apache make for a very secure fit. I do plan on getting a New Designz clamping low rise eventually to lower the hopper more.
Conclusion: It was a great alternative to a plastic feed neck. It serves its intended purpose well.

Zenitram 3-way adjustable Trigger

Crossfire 68/4500
Strengths: Looks Cool from the other side of the counter
Weaknesses: Read review from below
Review: I bought this from a local shop after my stock feed neck cracked when it was hit during a game (resulted in my new Halo B to hit the ground hard - lost all balls and got some scratches). It looked cool from the box, but I thought differently when I got home.

First off, it has 3 tiny set screws that are supposed to hold the bottom of the feed neck to the existing adapter on the gun. BAD DESIGN! they are way to small and WILL come lose, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out, it looks like you could twist it off in a second flat.

Second, there is no way to secure the hopper to the feed neck. Some companies design a slight "taper" in the neck to hold the neck, somewhat in place (not the best design, but it can moderatly work). The Phat neck has nothing on it to hold the hopper except faith, and that doesn't do much for you in this situation.

Third. Probably the most important; it didn't fit my Halo B. The jerk off behind the counter "Oh yea, it will fit great with no sweat, these necks are AWESOME, I would use it in a heart beat!..."
No way close to fitting a Halo B.

Is it so hard to ask for a product that will do what its supposed to, and do it somewhat well? How can a company seriously rip off people for JUNK, I dont understand?! Where is their pride?
Conclusion: Dont get this neck, get anything else. My stock plastic feedneck is comparable. It draws players in because it seems to have a reasonable price (lets be real, $35 + shipping for a little piece of alunimum?) but it is infact a rip off because this product WONT work well at all, duct tape is better.

Im giving it a 2 because I pity the soul who made this.

Strengths: -Strong

Weaknesses: -Set screws scratch finish and sometimes come loose.
-Doesnt hold hopper very tight.
Review: Ok, I purchesed this the day that I got my gun. I really hate the plastic feed necks, so this seemed like a good alternative. Put it on my gun and love the way it looks. Added my Viewloader Revolution and noticed that it barely holds onto the hopper. I fixed this with 2 small pieces of electrical tape. Now it hold the hopper super tight, so that was one problem solved.

I Played a game and took a spill, my gun hit the ground and the neck came loose causing me to lose a hoppers worth of paint. I took it back to the staging area and tightened the crap out of the set screws and walla, no more problems. If you buy this, make sure you tighten the crap out of it or you will lose it during a game. The screws do mess up the finish on the gun but that should be expected of any product that uses set screws.
Conclusion: I would say buy it, just make sure you tighten it really good. Also, if your hopper is loose, try the electrical tape fix, so far so good......

Weaknesses: set screws scratch anodizing of gun
Review: This is a vast improvement from the plastic stock crap. My elbow took a paintball hit and shattered, I lost a hoppersworth of paint. Bummer. This is a great feedneck. It looks cool and holds solid to your gun. Unfortunately the three setscrews will invariably scratch the anodizing on the gun's feedneck. Bummer.
Conclusion: Good product, would be a ten if somehow it didn't scratch the gun.

Review: this elbow ,if your are looking for something to replace your stock verticle elbow. this is a good elbow if you break, lose or just want some thing to add to your marker. this elbow fits very well to the marker when tightened will not be loose. from the elbow to the hopper i have found that some hoppers fit very well as for others they may lay a little loose. for the loose hoppers a small rubber band will solve your problem.
Conclusion: if you want something not to expensive a will not break. this elbow could be the one for you.could of been better for the fact that it does not snuggly fit all hoppers(just use a rubber band)which is why i gave it a 8

Strengths: Cool looking, strong, holds the hopper better.
Weaknesses: Not any that I saw.
Review: This way better than what comes stock with the gun, quit dealing with broken adaptors and buy this, for 20 bucks it saves a headache later. This is way better than the plastic adapter, which uses metal screws to tighten the neck on the gun and the hopper. THe adapter is machined so that the hopper will fit quite snug into it without needing to tighten anything. It also uses three small allen head screws that tighten the adapter to the verticle feed neck. It looks good too, mine is the aluminum color, goes well with my Imagine.
Conclusion: I would recommend this to any Spyder owner who has a verticle feed, i'm sure it would work on Spyder Clones too.
