Why spend $400 plus on a trigger system just to have one of the main components left exposed to the dangers of paintball?
One simple investment can protect your solenoid from damage.
Made from mirror polished aluminum, the E-Blade Cover provides that extra bit of protection our gear needs.
Not only will the cover protect your solenoid, it also bypasses the fragile threads in the housing in favor of stainless steel nuts and bolts.
The cover can be installed in minutes, by removing the old screws, dropping the new ones in, and threading the nuts to the ends.
Product Availability
The Moody Paintball Products E-Blade Solenoid Cover is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Well the marker that I tested it on is a custom Docs machining Fastback with E1 grip, zero B board internals, tornadoes valve, docs flat front bolt, bko all delrin bolt, palmer stabilizer, palmer rock, and palmer ram with Qevs, and a custom hammer kit. Barrel is also a custom docs freak remake made of aluminum to lighten the load, with the stainless steal inserts. 68/5000 evil scion tank, lapco clamping feed neck and a Angy halo b with rip drive.
current setup fires 23 BPS
Strengths:
It protects solenoid more than original hardware.
Weaknesses:
Assembly is cheap and crapy quality.
Review:
I was very excited to get my two new solenoid covers for my two ebladed cocker, be warned picture above and pictures on web site are not what you will receive. I paid 18 dollars a piece for these covers ( due to increase in demand, according to moody) and I was expecting a new enclosure for the solenoid. Instead what I received was two small flimsy pieces of tin that have been polished. being skeptic I put one on. It consisted of removing the two screws from your solenoid and then inserting the two long screws through the top of the current cover and then threading the tin to the bottom and installing two very small nuts on the end. doings so very carefully because the finish is destroyed if you touch it with a tool. also be warned that your cover will not look like the picture, the tin dosen't fit properly so there is gaps and over-hangs all over. Looks hideous.
Conclusion:
I am considering returning these parts due to false advertising and crappy design, but on the plus side your solenoid will be protected. ( I took mine off because it looked so bad.)
