I bought this for my gun so that i could use my Evo 2 without having to sand the feed neck of the hopper. Installation wasn't easy...but wasn't too tuff. took a lil bit of heat and some elbow grease to get the stock one off. after that i applied some blue locktite to the demonic stranglers threads...screwed it in and let it sit for 24 hours to dry. then the next day i tried it out. it has a really nice feature where you can tighten around the feed neck by simply twisting the top section the feed neck. it also has an insert that is grooved for a better grip on the hopper. i was actually able to pick up my gun with everything attached to it by the hopper...and believe me....it wouldn't budge an inch.
When i got mine i noticed that the 2 set screws were missing. These are the screws that i assume keep the hopper from swinging side to side. So i just went out to ACE's and picked up 2 screws in lieu of the set screws. after everything was all setup and screwed together...i still had some side to side play with the hopper. and it was quiet annoying when running and having your hopper flailing around. |

| Conclusion: |
Its a pretty sweet feed neck. i only choose this one over any other neck because it can be a high or low rise...and is adjustable. This way when i get a halo i can just set it to low rise and ill be set. the only bad thing was that the hopper would flail around because it wasn't in secure enough. but im almost positive that it was because i was missing the correct screws. |
