Another problem solved....The RMR LockDown adjustable Intimidator ram cap solves the problem of having your gun not work properly due to the ram cap coming lose during play. The RMR LockDown uses two set screws to secure it in place and is completely adjustable to set your bolt in perfect alignment.
Other caps on the market have no means of securing them in place or use uncommon tools to tighten them down. The RMR LockDown is the only adjustable ram cap using common tools to adjust and lock the cap securely in place.

My Texas Storm was chopping and not feeding right with the stock ram cap. Mainly, I was chopping in the breech.
To fix the problem I bought the RMR lockdown ram cap. I bought it for a very decent price, and immediately put it on the gun. All I needed was an alan key. I adjusted the ram cap so that my bolt did not protrude into the breech.
After putting the cap on and adjusting it properly my gun was working great. The balls were feeding properly, and I was not chopping in the breech.
This is a great solid product, and I highly recommend it. |

Buy it. It looks better than any of the other ram caps, feels more solid, and overall is a better product. |

Another awesome product from RMR. Cap allows you to adjust the bolt/ram assembly very precisley to where you need it for whatever loader you are using. Locks down securely so it won't come loose at the wrong time and is made with great craftsmanship.
The only problem is the adjustment. The earlier versions of the lockdown need a flathead screwdriver for adjustment. This problem has since been fixed. Now both the lockdown screws and adjustment are done with the same size allen key. |

I have not had any trouble with this product. It was easily adjusted and locked down with the same size allen key. No other tools required.
I have no idea why the other review listed having to use a flat head screwdriver. Perhaps it was an earlier version of the lockdown cap? |

Strengths: Has two set screws to insure that it never comes loose during those fast paced games. Stays set forever. Very easy to adjust.
Weaknesses: Ram Adjustment Screw needs a flathead to adjust it, would have rather it been an allen key. Oh well...
Great product, go buy one if you don't already have one. If you already do, buy another one for $HITS and GIGGLES.

2k2 this product does not even compare to the other manufacturers. It for one will not come loose. It has a set screw that no other product has and if you guns bolt is not in the correct position this product allows you to correct that problem. |
