| Review: |
i have had this gun for about 3 months and it has served its purpose well i no longer use it however now that i have a spyder rodeo. this is a very good gun if you are rough and are always banging your gun into rocks and trees. otherwise i would say to get a spyder victor II. the X-7 is consturcted out of solid aluminum and the only plastic in it are the grips and a piece that dosent move inside the velocity adjustor. the stock barrel is no good and you will have to get a good aftermarket barrel. this gun doesnt chop paint unless you are low on co2 ia have only chopped one ball in the bolt and that was when i ran out of co2 and my gun mage that fully auto sound (which happens when the bolt does not go all the way back far enough to recock the gun) and when this happened the ball loaded halfway into the chamber and got chopped in half. other than that though it doesnt chop at all even with a standard hopper.
*note for anyone that is wondering the X-7 is spyder threaded* |

| Conclusion: |
i would say that this is a good gun if you are very aggresive and hit your gun on things because it is vitually indestructible. the victor II is about equal to this gun except it will break if you hit it on something too hard.
so if you dont plan to abuse your gun get a victor II and if you do need a gun that can take abuse get this or the Tippmann 98 |
