The bolt is made from a nylon-like materaial and is light than even delrin. Velocity is increased due to less force required to move the bolt. The bolt has a cupped face to gently push the ball forward. No venturi producing higher flow. No oil. This bolt is self-lubricating like the delrin, but can take moisture and oils without swelling. Suggested Retail Price: $59.00 Choose with or without O Rings. Choose High Pressure if you have not done any upgrades to your marker. Choose low pressure if you have made your marker low pressure. If you choose the wrong bolt it will not work properly.
Product Availability
The Bandit Bolts Raven Nexion Bolt is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Review: This bolt fits the Spyder Pilot. I have been using this with my low pressure project for months now and it's a great bolt. When I first completed my LP set-up I was still using the stock ACS bolt. I couldn't get the pressure under 400 psi without losing a lot in velocity at the chrono. I also noticed at the chrono, there were 20+psi variances between shots. The stock bolt doesn't have o-rings like the Bandit does. After putting in the Bandit bolt I could drop down to 275-300 psi. (actually I could go under 200psi but velocity was around 240 fps) Shot to shot velocity consistancy dropped to less than 7 fps. I have never chopped a ball with this bolt. I have had barrel breaks, but that would have happened with any bolt. Another few points about this bolt; The face where it meets the ball is champfered (beveled) to help "cup" the ball rather than hit it with square edges. The air channel that directs the gas up into the bolt is milled at an angle to reduce turbulance, smoothing air-flow into the face of the ball.
Conclusion: This is about the best bolt you can get for a pilot (or Nexion) in my opinion. If you are planning on going Low Pressure it's a must to use an o-ring bolt. You can save a few bucks by buying a bolt and valve combo too. If you found this helpful, please rate it.

Review: When i first got the bolt i was expecting a colore bolt like in the picture but mine is white like delrin. but thats just color and you dont see it that much. I had just set up a Low pressure gun and my stock bolt was chopping out at around 500 PSI but I put this bolt in and get down to around 380. Great bolt to have if you are running a low pressure set up. Mine was 50 bucks but u can get them for 40.
Conclusion: If your running a Low pressure gun this is the bolt to get. Works great and is lighter than a stock bolt so it reduces recoil
