Review:
AGD has now started to make their bodies compatible with autococker threading. However, standard automag and minmag bodies still use this twist-lok assembly. In my opinion, it's the best barrel retention system in existence. It's fast, simple, and secure.
However, since AGD has gone away from this assembly, the barrels are becoming progressively more difficult to get ahold of. A few manufacturers are still producing new twist-lok barrels, but most are now only available used.
Conclusion:
If you haven't tried a twist-lok barrel, track down someone with one and check it out. They are truly impressive.
