Violent Products Alias piston is for the low pressure regulator in all 2K4 style Alias Intimidators. The high pressure regulator requires a Violent Products Torpedo piston.
In stock regulators the aluminum piston rubs against the aluminum housing wall causing wear, inconsistent pressure output and slower re-charge. Our Delrin Piston fixes these problems, requires less maintenance and adds life to your regulator.
The Violent Products Torpedo Piston is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.
classic w/ clamshell

dye ul 14"
vp bolt & foreman mod stock bolt
rock the dullies w/ lp mod
hybrid ram cap
Lighter = more consistency, faster recharge = faster cycling + better accuracy
delrin= no friction
Well some uneducated people think that because there delrin they will snap
well my review is that anybody who tinkers with there gun should have thought of this before because it was an ingenious idea. This was one of the best things i ever did to my gun you wont be dissapointed with these. You will see results. people have been geting these made for over 2 years now but finally thee in mass production so pick one up . the velocity consistancy is sooo much better its like when you go from stocker barrel to 100 dollar killtube......
i run these in my front lpr anf my torpedo reg (hp) and they are also made for the alias front lpr. I would deffinatlly recomend these for anybody who wants the most out of their marker.

This is an awesome innexpensive upgrade for all of those with torpedo like reulators who normally dont have the best consistency, then bam, pop this sucker in and instant gratification and a longer regulator life. Great upgrade, Great company and an even better price! So go out and buy it ASAP, you wont bwee dissapointed!!!
Alias VP piston in LPR and 04 torpedo
Gen 4 Infamous VP piston in LPR and 06 Torpedo
Friction causes less wear on the body of the torpedo reg. No broken/inconsistent regs.
After buying a VP bolt and loving the performance, I decided to pick up one of these pistons (after having to replace the bottom of a torpedo due to it having to much wear.) After the breakin period (few cases) the VP piston is just as consistant as my stock piston was, without any damage to the housing of my reg. It's not a performance upgrade really in my opinion, its just to protect your reg.
I would suggest getting it if your torpedo reg is fairly new before much wear.

dangerously inconsistant LPR
I heard a lot of good things about this product. My experience was not so promising.
When i've been using the stock piston in my complete hybrid LPR (which has a metal piston with two o-rings), but some local players suggest that I upgrade to the VP delrin piston. I decided to give it a try, the part was only like $20. After I installed the part my LPR, the gauge would shoot up to over 120psi when I would try to set it to 70-80 psi.
Then it would take at least ten minutes to stabilize the LPR, with the pressure on the solenoid going up to and over 120psi
Maybe this is a defective product I don't know, but I think I'm going back to the stock piston. Mainly because even after the delrin piston settled down I was not getting any real difference over the crono.
This was only a short trem evaluation of this product (mainly because I don't want to replace a solenoid) They say that the delrin will never damage the internals of the LPR.
But the stock piston with the hybrid LPR has two o-rings so i doubt that piston will damage the LPR
The upgrade of a $20 delrin piston verses damaging my solenoid is not much of a decision. This maybe a fluke problem but this site also has another reported problem. It maybe worth it for you to try it out your self.
If anyone thinks that I didn't install it properly please contact me. And yes I used only a little Dow 55

Easy install, simple part nothing complicated to confuse you.
None that I can see in the period of use.
Before I got a pair of these for my gun LP & HP my consistency was horrible. I would get pulled from games because when I choreographed my gun it was shooting 265,277,270,280,290,301,311,322,265 it just kept climbing up and dropping.
Shipping from VP was super fast and it was packaged well to pistons look super clean on arrival no burrs or anything on them. Installation was quick and easy. Just lube the o-rings pop open the regs and in they go. First time out with them I had to turn my regs in more than I was use to but once I got the right pressure my fps was
+/- 2 fps my gun shot like a dream the whole day and couldn't have been better. I've only used them for a short time but everything is right with this in my gun.
Recommend them for anyone with velocity problems with their BL regs two thumbs up for Violent Products they did a great job with these.

delrin, light, PRICE
I am NOT bad mouthing VP AT ALL!! I love my bolt from them and i know that they make some pretty nice products. All i'm saying is that i may have gotten a bad valve that just slipped by. I think what may have happened is the delrin swelled and the piston only fully moved about every other shot. My velocity kkept spiking and every other shot lobbed into the ground.
Stock was better in my case. try one and see if you like it, only $17. mine just didn't really work
