Review: Very easy to install, quick shipping by tadoa, noticed the difference only with paint going through the marker. The musashi chip rips and its legal. Ihad ref play with my dm4 for 30 minutes trying to get it to bounce with no luck. Even he said it was a great chip. Ill be sticking with it until tadao introduces something better, which will have to be on the brink of greatness to beat this chip.
Conclusion: If you want to pay 200 bucks for a cheater chip go ahead ,but for 55.00 shipped to your door you cant beat the musashi chip.

Tadao and DM4 stock chip.
Marker Setup: DM4 (Musashi 3), 14/18" Ultralight, Conquest '03 ('04 Upgrade), Halo B (rev & v-board).
Strengths: Price, ease of installation, functionality.
Weaknesses: Couldn't find / buy in the UK.
Review: I jumped from the Tadao chip to the Musashi chip so I was over the initial 'wow' factor caused by the dramatic difference these chips can make, but if you're still using the stock DM4 chip and move to the Musashi then I advise wearing some kind of drool resistant top when first using it.

This is a great improvement on the already brilliant Tadao upgrade. Most prominant is the new multi-fire mode which lets you select from uncapped/capped semi-auto and NXL/PSP to suit your rec or tourney needs. The anti-bounce features have also been tweaked and the standard 'Debounce' works far better alongside the new Anti Mechanical Bounce function.

This chip can be fitted to both DM4 and 5's with or without the low battery indicator and costs under a £100 to import to the UK; so there're no excuses...
Conclusion: If you're running the standard DM4/5 chips then get one. It really is worth it!
If you're thinking about getting a Matrix then grab a DM4 whilst the prices are low and put one of these chips in it! Easily as good as (dare I say 'if not better than') the DM5.

Review: this board ROCKS! you can control the electronical debounce as well as the mechanical bounce AMB (anti mechanical bounce). when the amb is turned on you can pull the trigger slow and try and make it bounce and you cant do it. its very easy to adjust the settings, all you have to do is turn the tournament lock off and hold the trigger in when you turn the gun on. with debounce at one you can pull the trigger with one finger and easily hit 15+.
Conclusion: Get this chip its the best legal board if you want it and its the best illegal non ramping board you can buy if you want that

Review: I got this chip when I bought my DM5. I didn't think I would be impressed much but I bought it anyway. Needless to say this chip is awesome. Something about this chip makes it so easy to shoot long, fast strings at anything you point at. I like how Will made the Anti Mechanical Bounce feature. With the stock chip if you don't want your marker to bounce you have to turn the debounce way up, resulting in having a slow sluggish marker. If you turn the AMB up then you still have a legal marker but it doesn't bounce. Props!

Installing it was a little diffucult, but I finally got it in. The prongs are bent outwards a little bit so you have to bend each one a little bit to install it. Not a big deal though.

Conclusion: WOW Fast. get one.

Review: I got this chip with my DM4 and i have to say it is the best upgrade for the DM4 for the price you pay for it. It adds many modes and other setup options to the gun. It replaces the stock chip just underneath the dip switches for enabling configuration mode, very easy to use.
Conclusion: For $55, you cant go wrong if you're looking for a cheap but effective upgrade for your dm4.

Review: When I ordered my DM4, it came with the original Tadao chip, which was significantly better than the stock chip, but nowhere near the M6. So, I ordered the $20 software upgrade from Tadao and sent in my chip to be reflashed. Instead, they just sent back a completely new chip with the M6 Software. I popped it into the gun, and within a few minutes, had every setting I could imagine at my fingertips. With its simple programming, changing from ramp to semi to gangster was breeze.
Conclusion: Necessary Upgrade! Makes gun significantly faster and improves every aspect of the gun.

Review: I have a dm4. i decided t buy an M3 chip for it. I bought one for about $55.00 or something like that. So anyways. I got the chip installed for me at my local proshop. I took it into my yard and dry fired a little. OMFG this thing shot so f***ing fast. even faster than it did stock. i was so amazed at this chip. i decided i had to shoot some paint out of this gun. i loaded up my halo and shot. I shot ropes like none i have ever seen. i wasted my halo in about 7 or 8 seconds. AND THE GUN WAS ON SEMI!!!!!!
Conclusion: If you have a DM4......................BUY THIS CHIP

Review: Ok I bought the tadao 5.0 with M5 for my old school matrix and when I got it it had the M3 in it. I didnt mind too much but I e-mailed Tadao and they sent me the M6 for the trix. Now the M3 to the M6 is crazy. It goes from having 2 modes of true semi and modified PSP/NXL to having those 3 modes plus PSP, NXL, and gangster breakout modes. The programming is very easy you just have to remember what colors do what.
Conclusion: I say if you want an easy upgradable part for your gun to get all the newest modes for tournaments get the tadao so you can use the Musashi chips. If your color blind though you might want something else because theres alot fo colors.

Review: This chip is great for the paintballer who wants to upgrade their chip without spending $150.00. The Musashi 3 chip is easy to install. It boasts speed as it can be set to an amazing amount of debounce. The maximum capped rate of fire on this chip is 20 w/ the eyes on. The chip has very basic programming. To change different modes, you simply hold down the trigger and press the power button. When setting the mode to a certain level, it is easier to review the instructional menu. I do not like that this board doesn't ramp. I prefer ramping boards, but they range in the $90.00-$150.00 price range. This chip still comes with plenty for $55.00.
Conclusion: The best chip that you can buy for the amount. I recommend this chip to a person who has recently purchased a DM4/DM5. Overall: Great product with plenty of feature for the creative mind.
