| Review: |
After I purchased my A-5, I knew I wanted to put a Flatline on it. As I was doing my research on A-5 upgrades, I came across the OpsGear website. I knew this was the product that I wanted to buy. This is the basic Flatline for the A-5 by Tippmann. The Shroud is an add-on from Pro-Team. Instead of the smooth outer covering for the regular Flatline barrel system, you get a shroud that gives it the Suppressor/Silencer look. It is perfect for someone who plays woodsball, mil-sim, or scenario ball. I have received tons of compliments on it.
There is no change in performance, but there is one added feature I'd like to note. The ridged section on the rear of the shroud is a very good point to grip the A-5. I removed the front grip and installed the MP5 9mm clip kit on it, so it is good to have the grip point. Just remember to clean between the ridges. Installation of the FlatLine is very easy. Loosen 3 screws on the A-5, remove the stock barrel, insert the Flatline, twist it into place, tighten the screws and you are done. ALWAYS remember to tighten the screws back up.

| Conclusion: |
If you are a scenario, milsim, or woodsballer, this product will add that 'Tactical' look to your marker.

I wouldnt have any other barrel on my gun other than a flatlne. Works great for woodsball. Flatline with a shroud gives the gun a very realistic look, and a very distinctive sound when fired. More like a rifle as apposed to a paintball gun. The barrel definitely will bring targets that would normally be out of range by 30 or 40 feet into hitable objects. This barrel works great with better bolts inside the gun, a much smoother shot. I like the flat trajectory very much. I don't feel the need to try and lob in shots on people like i used to with the other barrels ive tried. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you play woodsball with an a-5 then the flatline is the best barrel to have for the type of play. Speed or air ball, thats a different story. |

| Review: |
This is a good product to buy. Its shoots farther, and is very accurate. When I shoot, I hit the target dead on, or im at least 2 inches off. It shoots kinda like an airsoft gun with Hop Up. It spins the ball backwards. Good to add if you like speed ball or close range. Looks cool and feels cool. Once its on your gun, your most likely going to be like, "Wow! This looks awsome!" or something like that. Its cool so get it. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Its great cuz it shoots accurate, farther, and its good for making ur own custom gun. |
