Well padded/Comfortable/Bounces- The Empire Grind II gloves are very well padded, alowing for my favorite thing, bounces, and making them nice and comfortable. Allows great freedom of movement for each finger.
This shouldnt even be here, but it does kinda annoy me, after every day of play after taking off my gloves I find that the area from my index finger to my thumb is light shade of black on each hand.
Pretty good gloves, hold together, highly recommend.
Padded very well
Allows hands to move
After using my bare hands for the first 2-3 years of paintball, i finally decided to splurge and buy a pair of high-quality gloves. I came across these Empire Grind II at my local paintstore and decided to give it a try.
I must say, these make a huge difference when i play. For all the people who use Co2, these gloves keep your fingers nice and warm even when the Co2 freezes up your gun. I dont think i will try any other brand of gloves except the Empire line. The best feature would have to be the cool design that makes people turn there heads (yes, its happened)
Best gloves on the market, A++. Everyone should get these. You cannot beat it, even for the price.
I also have Petrol Gloves, 06 Grind gloves and 06 Contact Gloves.

Lots of protection
Very Free Moving
When I play, I'm all over the field. I play back, mid and front and these gloves are great for all of it. When playing back and having to hold lanes. The flexibility of the gloves allows me to shoot at my prime so I can hold lanes for my front players.
For mid playing, they have great protection on the palms for diving and still that flexibility to be able to shoot without being uncomfortable. Usually paint filled grounds make your gloves oily and tough to hold anything. The sticky pads on the palm help with this a lot to insure you always have a secure grip on your marker.
Front playing is really where the protection comes in. I'm a chef and I need my hands. Front players take the hits in the hands and with the protection these gloves offer, it's rarely a break and very painless.
All in all, great gloves if you can still get the 05s. If not, grab 06's, they are the same but they look better.
If you like the look. Pick em up. I got the 05's for like 30 bucks Canadian. Final verdict is 10/10.
-Has this wiper material (see below)
All right this glove is pretty sweet, what i mean about the wiper material is that on the thumb there is this material that supposedly can wipe your mask but i dono i haven't used it yet.. I have only used this glove a couple of times and i think it is a wicked glove. My friend got the empire react glove and hes bragging about it but for 15 buck less i think that this glove kicks but and in my opinion this glove is better. And all you are really paying for is the looks because they have all of the key things the same so.
Fox Racing Gloves- they weren't as good as these, for obvious reasons... MX gloves and paintball gloves don't mix
Black Spyder Electra - 32* Carbon Fiber Barrel - Chrome Palmers Stabalizer Regulator - Black Phat Steel Elbow - Chrome Tuctite Drop - Removed Venturi Bolt - Removed Sight Rail - Madman Spring Kit - Trigger Pull Mod - 12v Revvy xboard - Black Revvy Neoprene Cover - Black 32* Barrel Condom
Comfy, protect your fingers, and look good, have soft palm padding
Needs more ventilation. bout it
Well, as i said before, the gloves that i have are just awesome. They have venting in the top of the hands, which does its job enough for me, but somebody who sweats a lot may have their gloves wet, due to poor circulation. They provide very good protection for your fingers, which is the main reason i bought gloves, got tired of those paintballs smashing my fingers. They work very well, i may end up cutting the trigger fingers off tho, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend these gloves to anyone. They are a bit expensive, tho, and i wouldn't really recommend them for a average recballer. You may want to go with some cheaper gloves, since u don't get shot in the fingers as much as speed-ball.
I think that that these gloves are awesome, they provide comfortable grip to the gun and kept my fingers protected, which is why i bought them, they do their job, and they look good. I bought the whole 2005 Grind outfit, gloves, pants, and jersey... Like i said, not for the average recballer but if u want them, your gonna get them. ill give it a 9, due to price and ventilation...
