The Reloader B is here, and you can upgrade your Halo B with the Reloader B's 3-Speed programmable Sound-Activated control board. It comes with the 4-AA Battery Pack, or can be used with the stock 6-AA pack. There is a foam spacer for the 4 pack to prevent shaking during rough play. Includes Empire back plate and shell badges.
Kit comes with full installation instructions, as well as operating instructions for the 3-Speed board. Achieves up to 22+ bps with any color shell paintball.
Product Availability
The Empire Reloader B Upgrade Kit is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

I bought one of these and cant be much happier with it. This has eliminated a major flaw with the halo and thats not seeing some paints. I have only had limited problems with the stock halo, but its a pretty aggravating when it happens. You will come across a field paint that is orange or yellow that is easy to see, but the halo has glaucoma. Mine would start do everything from continuing to torque on the stack, then the anti jam dance, and would turn itself off.
Feed rate is the same as before and it tops right at 21 to 22bps, when it was stock sometimes I would get a 23 here and there. 20 bps is plenty fast and it does it just fine.
For me the biggest pain it relieves is having to clean the eyes of the loader, no longer an issue. Less time cleaning is always a plus.
Operation is a no brainer. Speed is easily set and you are good to go.
It stops just as it did with the eyes when the stack is established, and will not start feeding until you are cycling paint.
If you have a halo and want to move up to an empire you can sell it then get it. If you are happy with your halo or can get one cheap and want to upgrade it, thats completely up to you. This works well so you have options.
Conclusion:
A capital idea! You can always find a halo from someone buying a reloader or getting out of the sport for a good price, add this and you have the top of the line.

Review:
Well I bought a broken Halo off a friend for about 35 bucks and i decided to make it into an Empire Reloader B. So i ordered the board off actionvillage for $55. The installation was very easy. I had never taken apart this halo and i didn't even need directions except for setting the speed. The directions are very detailed and easy to follow. This thing flies its no 35 bps Victory board. I don't have eyes on my shocker and i didn't have one chopping problem in the case i shot. One really nice feature is that this hopper doesn't take anything to set up sound activation. It sets it automatically each time the hopper is turned on. When you pour paint in the hopper the cone spins around to load a stack but when you bump the side of the hopper the cone doesn't move. I call that excellent engineering. Drop test done 140 rounds in 6.6 seconds 21 bps. So i g
Conclusion:
I strongly recommend buying a Halo without a board or a broken board and upgrading it to a empire for half the cost of a new hopper. I shot an egg with y-board and a 12v revy with x board and they both don't even compare to the speed of this hopper. I give it a 10.
