The Critical Cone was born out of necessity. The Halo and Reloader B are the fastest loaders available and have quickly become the standard by which all other are measured. The fact is that they are so fast, we often overlook their one shortcoming- reliability. We have addressed this issue with the Critical Cone. Our drive cone is made out of Delrin which is very durable and is self lubricating (which promotes smoother operation). The Critical Cone's weight is nearly identical to the stock cone (within a gram - the weight of a paper clip). We have embedded a stainless steel pin into the cones normally weak point; the spring tab. It is now the strongest part of the cone. We did not stop there, the drive cones paddles (the second weakest link) have also had a makeover and their thickness has been increased. We 3D milled the Critical "C" icon into the top of the cone not just because we are proud of the part but because it also helps agitate the balls. Top this all off with a lifetime guarantee and you have yourself the ultimate Halo/Reloader B accessory.
- Lightweight Design (nearly identical weight to a stock cone, not 3 times the weight like aluminum variants)
- Stainless Steel Spring Retention Pin
- Thicker Paddles
- Self Lubricating Delrin (for smoother operation)
- Critical "C" Icon 3D Milled into the cone
- Lifetime Warrantee |

I recommend this for ppl who have
Angry halo board
v35 board
reloader B
fast halo mods
installation is very easy, product looks nice, and has a SS pin instead of the plastic stop found on stock drive cones (which have been know to break). The C milling on the top helps agitate balls to help with better consistency.
Lifetime warranty, can be dyed, strong material
Stock drive cone weight = 12.6 grams
Critical Drive cone = 16 grams
EDIT: These drive cones now come stock w/ a delrin spring housing too. I was not aware of this until Critical paintball sent me a new one for free. They sent out new ones to EVERYONE who had purchased a drive cone before they started coming w/ these stock. That is a testiment to how great a company they are.
Lighter than Zenitram
Price is a bit steep, but this is a permanent item. Dont buy another stock drive cone. |

| Conclusion: |
overall a good product. Wish is was about 10 bucks cheaper though. Very satisfied w/ the. Doesnt slow the spin compared to the stock cone. I recommend this to anyone w/ the loaders above. I give it a 9.5 because of price. That rounds up to a 10. I think its worth the money because its a lifetime drive cone. |

This is a good product by critical, I've had it for a year now and it hasent broke, and threw that year I've seen probably 20+ broken drive cones. Every time i see that i say get the critical one. Also the delrin spring housing is a plus, so now that cant break eather. The cone is light in weight, i had one from another manafacture and it was super heavy so i got rid of it for this one. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Its a solid product and worth the money. If your stock cone is broken get this one, if your worried about your stock one breaking get this, if you dont have this one get it.
Great product |

alright, well, just got this bad boy today. i have been through 2 stock drive cones, that little plastic tab on the bottom kept breaking, well no more. the critical drivecone has a METAL pin. it seems VERY durable. people complain of the price, but it really is not bad at all, because there is a lifetime warranty. the milling on the c is a little sketchy, but who cares, not like u see it neway. i emptied 2 hopper with my proto with this drivecone installed, fed very smooth. def better than any other aftermarket drivecones ive seen |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Buy it, its awesome. even if u have a perfectly working stock one, dont risk it breaking in the middle of the game (what happened to me) |

I picked this up because someone recommended it, so i did. Installation was very easy, take off the top part of the race way, and the anti jam spring and beads, unscrew the drive cone screw, take off old drive cone, install critical cone and preload the spring, and reassemble.
Performance hasn't really seemed to change, but should hold up better than the stock one, but i havent had it long enough to really tell, since i havent broke the stock one. Also, the milling on the edges on the bottom of the cone and the "c" arent perfect, but it isn't anything to really complain about since it doesnt improve performace anyway. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you are willing to spend the money, i would suggest that you get one. |

| Review: |
These are the best drive cones out for the halo right now, hands down. THe C looks pretty cool, the cone itself is very light and very sturdy, had a very solid feel to it. The cone works great in my loader, doesn't blend paint like the shocktech ones do. I originally bought the cone, and when they added the spring housing, Critical sent me one completely free of charge. They even threw in some free stickers. Awesome company making an awesome product. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
It is worth every penny you will spend. They have truly made a solid product. |

Tricky to install, "C" Mill isn't picture perfect, Pricey, No Rip availible |
 |
| Review: |
Pro-I would pick this cone up over the shocktech for sure. It is lighter and performs just as well. It 's very smoth milling except for the "c" mill. What else is there to say? It's a cone that wont break and is light???
Con-It is pricey, but it's worth it. I know they had a lot of trouble with this milling and is truly a nice piece. The "C" doesn't bug me too much, but the milling is kinda rough and not picture perfect, it's not too perfection that's all, not like it will effect the performance. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Get this cone, don't buy a replacement plastic one. Shochtech is nice but heavy. Take a look at the Zentram Halo Cone too. I've never used it but is worth checking out if you can get a hold of one which was the problem for me.
Rated 9 for "C" mill and price |
