Nothing.... maybe virtue or some new chip
Strengths: Speed and weight
Weaknesses: That there are none
Review: Insanely light (helps get me to the snake easier) super fast mine has PSP and other modes of fire... Rediculesly accurate... if you thought other DM's and Proto's had accuracy just shoot this. I have yet to chop a ball... bolt is super gentle on the most brittle paint.
Conclusion: Just buy one

This gun blows them all away IMO.
Marker Setup: Shocktech DM5 / Reloader B / Crossifre Stubby Low Pressure
Recommended
Upgrades:
None.
Strengths: Light Weight.
Great Trigger.
Comes stock with the best parts on it.
Just looks stunning.
Weaknesses: None.
Review: This gun is extremely LIGHT WEIGHT. Lighter than a shocker, i think it is one of lightest guns out right now, next to an Ego.

The trigger is set up(way it is designed) so that you are supposed to run your fingers along the side of it(curl them back to you), and you are basically, getting 2 shots per pull. Making it a lot easier to hit high ROFs.

I took the gun out of the box, aired it up, put paint in(no adjustments at all), and was able to hit 18 over a chrono.

Conclusion: This gun is definately worth the money, it is just perfect IMO. Comes stock with the greatest parts, looks amazing, and performs the same.

Hats of to Dye and Shocktech on this one.

Review: Thats a very good marker, very fast, one shoot is one more death, the marker is better than dm7, more fast... very beautiful, i love this marker, i have then have 2 years and i dont want to trade then. if i trade, only for the dm8...if you want a good marker, buy a dm5 shocktech.
Conclusion: Thats the BEST marker on the World.

Weaknesses: Reg is too short, because built into the body.
Review: Alright well i just bought my STDM5 from a friend today and for now it only has 1 detent and no eyes. Despite that, i played without eyes and it RIPPEDDD. No chops at all and it shot crazy fast and accurate. Even without all of the parts it shoots amazing. I also like how much smaller it is than regular dm5's. I thought i wasn't going to like the size or weight but i love it.
Conclusion: BUY THIS GUN!!! You absolutely will not regret it. I give it a 9 because no gun is perfect.

Upgrades:
maybe chip for tourny play, if rec. baller none. Possible bolt upgrade for kick back
Strengths: Mine is air efficent, really fast, smooth, gun shoots ropes and lazers
Weaknesses: Some may be air hogs, others can be slow, other than that nothing
Review: I got this gun at Orlando's World Cup, went down there to buy something and the DM6's were $1600, so needless to say i didnt buy one of those. I ended up buying this gat, and shot paint through it at the motel. With no adjustments at all, it shot ropes and lazers at their gutter drain. When i went back i told them it was screwed on air effeciency so they gave me a new bolt, now i can get 4 pods and a hopper off a 45/45 and i have a 70/45
Conclusion: Nice shooting, Dye and shocktech worked really well on putting this one together

Its completely perfect the way it is
Strengths: *Bad A_s Accuratecy
*More Air Effcient
*Light w/better milling
*No Kick!
Weaknesses: I would say... NONE!
Review: Ok well my sponsorhsip with shocktech deffinately helped alot due to how expensive the marker is. But when it came at my front door, boy was I happy! I tested it out while I was at work, and was amazed by how much change i thought there was in it.

I would say that shocktech improved a alot of things to make better.

*Trigger - made it easier to have a faster ROF

*Shocktech Superly - Made it more effient and accurate

*Shocktech Reg - Did also a little more effient work which is important (as u all know, the DM4 was one of the biggest Air Hogs)

*New Milling - Made it much lighter to hold while in play which helped me alot.

*??? - For some reason i find that they tweaked the board for some reason because how much faster it seemed to be going to me.
Conclusion: It is like the best marker i ever shot, get one if you have the money!

Review: Ordered this marker through my local pb store. Took them 3 weeks to get it because Shocktech and them had to talk things out or something. Went to the store to pick it up and when the owner opened the box, its beauty just awed me. Its like looking at a beautiful girl jogging on the beach and she is looking right at you smiling. I was in shock. Picked it up and first thing I noticed was how super light it is. Got my 45/4500 tank filled and drove home. After reading the manual, I left the settings stocked. That means I have not adjusted the LPR, HPR and the Dwell. First thing I wanted to do though was lube the bolt up with Dow 33 since I dont like the Dye Lube. Be careful removing and replacing the bolt and bolt cap because the threads could shred your newly placed O-rings. Happened to me. I placed everything back in and was ready to mow something in my back yard.

Though light without all the gear on the marker, it still seemed light with a full Halo and a tank filled to 4000psi. Turned on the marker and was ready to rip.
First I fired one round to see how it would feel. It has some kick to it. Though I dont mind it, other people might want to invest in a new bolt to reduce kick. So I began letting this thing rip. Very accuarate with the stock barrel. Better be since its the Dye UltraLite. This barrel is a keeper for you people who dont know. Also the Shocktech trigger is very easy to walk. I heard people dont like it because it LOOKS heavy. Well its not because its on bearing. Making it really light to pull. I went through 4 pods in what seemed to be like 1min. and seemed to have no shotdown and no ball breaks. This marker just rocks.
The one thing I noticed though that i had a very small leak coming from the bolt back. Though it could be user error when relubing it, it didnt bother me. A quick change of the O-rings and it was all good.
Another thing I noticed was that it is a bit of a gas hog. Filled to 4000psi (after cooling of the tank) and shooting only 4 pods, I was down to 1000psi. So for only 400 rounds i went through 3000psi. But it doenst bother me because I play front. So I dont do a lot of shooting anyway. Plus all the fields I go to have all day air. So im good to go.
Conclusion: This is an awesome marker. Though pricey, you pretty much get all the upgrades that most people invest in anyway: trigger, feedneck, asa, etc. So its worth it. People think its ugly but thats all prefrence. I bought it cause its a DM5 with killer looks. Just be careful when lubing things like the bolt and LPR. There are a lot of O-rings that can get damaged by the threads in the back of the marker. All in all an Awesome marker. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Review: My friends uncle bought one of these bc God knows a 15 yr old making minimum wage can't afford this gun. It looks absolutley amazing. The trigger is rlly kool althugh its just a roller bearing trigger. Little touches like that make it worth the money. Its a matrix so its pretty accurate although almost all highend guns these days can throw a rope of paint in a straight line. Its fast...really really fast. We played around with the trigger settings and this thing flys. I thought my shocker could throw some paint with the nerve board but this thing is insane. Yes i know im a noob(not) since my gun ramps.
Conclusion: Nice gat if you can afford it. 9 since nothing is perfect, although this thing is pretty close.
