Solid DVD but a little pricey!! Has a fun little opening of people playing and the ending dose as well. It has a section about upgrades but it only suggests a few. It should have shown how to put a few of the most common on. Maybe a little about trigger adjustment. It shows you step buy step the easy way To do the basic tear down and lube! Do it like they show and your shocker will run like a champ!
