The best thing about this pod is it works. It doesn't dent or break balls and it fits well into any halo hopper. It does what it is supposed to do and that is good enough for me.
EDIT I was at the field the other day and I smacked my back right into the 50 (yes my back don't comment) and a spring busted off my top right pod (im glad that is all it did) so these pods are tough stuff!
Conclusion:
If you can find this pod...buy it...if you cant...don't sweat it

Well, i bought a case of these off of ebay for $25 shipped. That included 50 pods so that comes out to 50 cents a pod. Good price if you ask me. Anyways, the pods are pretty durable, never had one one crack or break on me. The only thing is that the lids dont stay down as good as some. I've had several pop open in a middle of a game causing me to spill all of my paint.
Was spyder electra ACS w/ egg2 (lazy too look at ups.)
Now nothing so far. Just waiting for the money.

These pods are really nice. They have an oober easy open lid so they are even better than many other pods. Though id still prefer CP pods since they arent as easy to open, but they are really easy to open, because if these are in my extra pod slots then when i slide they can open easier.

I figured that "All Pods Are Created Equal".... what crap!!!! I didn't want the "Lock Lids", or the "Speed Pods", just something that works with a minmum amount of effort and understanding. I need something that can "take a hit" as well as I can. I found them!!!!! I stepped on one, and it shot out from underneath my foot. I took a direct hit in the pod, by a "HOT" marker no less, and not even a scratch. Reloading is a no-brainer, and no more worrying about getting a good grip. EVERY GRIP IS A GOOD ONE WITH THESE PODS!!!!!
Conclusion:
If you can find them (try Ebay), buy them. I bought 6 of them for a total of $7.50 (including shipping). I was the only bidder.

Review:
My friend traded for some of these so I got to mess with them and play a game or two with them to try them out. You can find these bad boys for 2 bucks a piece. There durable, can take a shot a fall to the ground and surviving being gently stepped on. I accidentally step on one but caught my self feeling it under my foot. I still managed to put lots of pressure on it and it just slightly gave way so there pretty strong. There easy to open but yet stay closed quite well. They have nice looks and colors.
Conclusion:
Really cheap pod for any player there not the best but there close. 9.4 so I can round down
