I am using ProToys elbow padz for 2 years now for reffing and playing.They have been with me on lot of tournaments across Europe and USA and they offer good protection, are easy to wear for long period (try reffing World Cup whole day and not taking your protection gear off on 40 celsius ).
Conclusion:
Good product, not so expencive and very durable...
