 |
| Review: |
This DVD was fun and interesting to watch. I received it free from Special Ops Paintball because I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise. It focuses mainly on the Special Ops way to Woodsball, and as such focuses mainly on their items for sale, while Special Ops has many ingenius inventions and ideas it is not the ONLY way to go. It was also unfortunately very short, about 20 minutes on the whole DVD. I wouldnt buy it but I would grab it if it was free in a minute. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I would watch it and grab it if you find it somewhere but dont spend your money on it. If it was longer and contained more data then I would definately buy it. |

| Review: |
If you go to specialopspaintball.com and buy an order of over $100 you get one free, which is how i got mine. Anyway, it's great for a few tactics and basic skills but it seems to be more...advertising than info. It only lasted about twenty minutes, with about ten minutes of special features (which are interesting and funny). But for a informational dvd you would hope for a longer movie, even though every minute they did give you was filled with info. Yet nearly all of the movie seemed to be further advertising as i said earlier, in other words they made their $300+ gun packages seem divine and own all enemys. If you can get it free awesome, but don't spend over 10 bucks on it. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I give it a 6 because it can be filled with so much more for your buck...or 100 dollar order. |

| Review: |
I've been borrowing this movie from my friend for 3 months and watched it over a dozen times. It gets me pumped every time I watch it. I gets urges to play so badly. This movie isn't very detailed and is only 20 minutes long. It is good for a beginner to woodsball but only gives one perspective on how to play Woodsball. Mind you it is a very good perspective. And It is just cool to watch some paintball action. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I would get this movie if you are buying some gear from spec ops so you can throw it in and not spend extra on shipping. Or if your exploring woodsball. Due to it short length and price won't give it perfect. But In the immortal words of the spec ops crew "Welcome to the Woodsball Revolution." |

Cool Shots, fun to watch, a lot of paint flying, and some cool information. All in all, the shots were great, and it wasn't some peice of crap put together film. Done very professional, but a little on the sort side. Definately somthing fun to do to kill 30-30 minuites in your day. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Get it, if you like anything paintball, it is fun to watch. |

It was ok. Not great. They could have just stamped "WOODSBALL ADVERTISING" in big letters on the dvd case. If you want to buy this, I really wouldn't waste your money...I'll sum it up for you:
-Get a low profile gun
-get padding and camo
-have friends to take different roles
...It was pretty much a tutorial and didn't give me much more knowledge on the game and this type of paintball. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Don't get it. Instead of sitting on your butt and watching a DVD, why don't you go play paintball instead. |

 |
| Review: |
Overall I enjoyed this DVD. It came across as very professional and provided nice explanations of some basic woodsball tactics and Special Ops positions (Dagger, Sabre, Broadsword, Commander, Sniper). However, a lot of it just felt like hype for Special Ops products. Each chapter seemed to be laced with promotions for some gun, vest, camo, or other knick knack. Fortunately, the hype isn't enough to overpower the tactical value of the DVD.
If you've been playing paintball for a while then you'll already know most of the tactics/plays, but if you're a rookie looking for a few new ideas (especially on how to burn a hole in your pocket) look no further.
Just about anyone can appreciate the action of this DVD aswell as a nice refresher for tactics. It's just too bad it's only 20 minutes long, which makes it a bit of an uneven value at $10. I received my DVD as part of a sales promotion at Christmas, so it might be a good idea to wait until such an opportunity arises again. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you really want it, you won't be disappointed purchasing it. Just don't be expecting the end-all-be-all of tactics videos. As for me, I wouldn't have gotten it unless it was a freebie give-away, which it was at the time. |
