| This is CP's threadsaver. This handy little device screws over the ASA threads on air tanks (usually used on tanks with aluminum regulators), protecting them from damage. Made out of anodized aluminum and available in eight colors: black, silver, blue, red, green, purple, yellow, and pewter. |

Well, what more can I say, its a tank thread saver. It does the job. However, there are a few good things about it. First off, the thread is very strong and concrete. Therefore, it wont strip any threads from your tank. Second, it comes in a different variety of colors, silver, chrome, red, green, blue, etc. Third, its only $5. Fourth, It is made out of sturdy material so that if you bag it against something, it won't dent as easily, plus its thick. Lastly... it looks pretty cool. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I would definately pick this over any plastic tank cover. Most good tank covers are at least $4.00, so why not spend the extra dollar to get a CP one? I give it a 10 because it does more than just the job. It gives you the cosmetic and guarentee that it won't break on you. |

This product saved my tank threads big time. The crappy plastic ones hardly protect anything. It will save your tank from cross-threading. It has a smooth twist on and off. They also have a variety of colors to choose from. It keeps grime and dirt out even when you drop it on the ground. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Go out and get it. It may be $5 bucks but it's worth every penny of it. |

| Review: |
Well I bought this from a local paintball proshop not to long ago. Because I had just got a Crossfire 45/4500 and needed a thread protector for it. Anyway when I was at the proshop I saw that they had these and I bought one.. even though $5 for a thread protector is a little too much.. but hey it was metal (unlike most) and looked nice (not that this matters a whole lot)... so far I have been very satisfied with it and think it is worth the $5 because it's metal and most thread protectors aren't. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If your looking for a very well made and nice looking thread protector go for it. |

I got this Thread Saver for free from my local store. But sence I have used it, it works really great. It won't strip your threads, and will keep them in tip-top shape! Just have to remember to use it. Good product, and cheap. Custom Products is awsome. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Great product, like all CP products. |

| Review: |
I picked this thing up to protect the threads on my HPA tank being as they are made of aluminum. I can't say that I have been dissapointed.
It is a small round peice of anodized aluminum (Blue in my case) that does its job well.
EDIT: My tank took a dump about a month ago (My mask fell off my head while I had it up in the staging area, and I instictively reached to grab it, and dropped the box my air tank was in.) and this thing kept all the sand off my threads and kept them from getting damaged. Very good if you have an HPA tank with aluminum ASA threads. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
If you need a threadsaver look no further. I suppose they are all the same but I like the CP name and it works well.
My conclusion is to spend the $5.00 and get it
I give it a 10 simply because it does its job however easy it might be. |
