Recommended
Upgrades:
Longer Barrel (not needed, stock barrel shoots very much fine), mp-4 ram (anything sto will be fine), e-grip e2 preferably (not needed, the stock electric grip works well enough to throw down some paint), a good feeding hopper (anything over 20 balls a second), locking feed neck.
Strengths: electric grip (ramping, full auto, 3 shot burst), pretty fast, adjustable magnetic trigger, Eyes
Weaknesses: no LCD (not a problem though), short barrel
Review: I found this gun to be a very pleasant gun to play with. The marker itself is very solid and well designed. The gun's programing (ramping, full auto) seems to be on the slow side. No matter how fast you get your finger's going the gun's ramping mode seems to stay at one speed, medium fast (15bps). The ramping mode in the manual claims that it will add 50% to however fast your your fingers are going (have not witnessed that), and full auto says your only limited by the speed of your hopper, but I have a halo B and i can still only get 15 bps. Now 15bps does not hurt the quality of this marker, its tournament capped for leagues like PSP which allow ramping up to 15bps. How ever, if you don't like 15bps and you have fast fingers simply remove the jumper from the grip your in manual and away you go, I can get 20 bps on a good day and my brother can get 24. Now that's fast for any marker.
Now the first thing any seasoned player will complain about on this gun is the dinky barrel on it, as god as my witness, if you buy this gun and you do not have the money for a good aftermarket barrel, YOU WILL NOT NEED A NEW BARREL. This barrel is very accurate for being an 10 incher. I really can't complain about it. Now I know i'm gonna get reamed for saying that but Its the truth. Now the second thing for it being a 700 dollar gun, the grip does not come with an LCD, this grip comes with a blinking light. If your planning on any late night or night games plan on this marker to act as a beekin, it lights up your face a little bit (alot actually, i really don't mind it though). what is nice about it is that it makes the gun way more straight forward and much easier for younger players to pick up turn on and go out and play.

**That's all the complaints i have about this marker**

(speaking about the gun as is) If your a pro, or pro-amateur tournament player do not expect to go out and compete with this gun as is, this gun is fast but it is stock. If you are a weekend worrier looking to out shoot any of your buddies mechanical guns and all low-end electrics this is the gun for you. This is also a great gun any amateur team looking for a gun that is extremely upgradeable.
Conclusion: (Speaking about the gun as is) This is a great gun, WGP really thought out the design well and did a fantastic job. This gun is an above average high-end marker (average = 5). It has alot of great points about it specifically its upgradeability, since its an 05 don't expect to find any lightened back blocks for the body yet, they are coming. Also, this gun is NOT A KARNIVOR. Its a Super-Stock and has great potential to be as good as you make it. Again, my ratings reflect the marker as it is, it is an above average high-end marker, average being 5.

Review: Let me start by saying...this gun is awesome...
Anyone who is looking for an upgrade that will last them a long time should go with this gun. It shoots insanely fast with the correct loader hooked up to it. ( any high end loader (halo, empire) will keep up and keep you firing.) Through all of my time using it, i have never chopped or dry fired. The stock accuracy is also awesome.
The only problem that i have encountered so far is with the upper left trigger screw on the left side of the gun. When screwed in too tight, it causes problems with the solenoid...the rubber from the grip stops it from dropping...no big deal...just file down the grip until the problem stops...easy as that
Conclusion: Just be sure that you use the right size paint with a good hopper and you will love this gun
Great for anyone looking for a long lasting marker.

Review: I bought it for 500 bucks, one day before the game day, no testing what so ever, it shot pretty well, the range is not very far maybe because of the barrel, when i got close enough i did hit the mark, it was very accurate. my viewloader cannot keep up with the gun.this gun is fast as it claims to be. don't screw the grips too tight otherwise it wont shoot . i like the select fire features, this gun will shoot with the best of them if you are a weekend player like me, i don't know if this gun is for you if you are pro. this gun is very upgradable, i will rate this a 9 because the accuracy and the price and it is an autococker, you will need a little know how and maintenance of this gun especially on timing
Conclusion: Learn the art of maintaining an autococker, and you will love this gun for its accuracy and looks

Review: All in all i'm pretty impressed with this marker. Its fast!fast!fast! and damn acurate once you get a nice barrel on there.

My biggest complaint is the battery life, even with the marker off the battery will discharge and you'll be left with a completly dead battery in a few hours.
Conclusion: If you're looking for a nice electro cocker you can't beat the price. Look around, i got mine for $550!

Review: Well I have tested and have owned alot of guns... Well When i first saw this cocker i said to myself i must have it ( a screw around gun ) it was slow on just clicking... When i shot it with paint it was decent (ramping) It has ramping auto semi and 3 shot burst. Well its a great gun all i have to say... Fast capped at 15 lol can't change it unless staple mod (its possible) i'm really pist about the feed neck I wanted to test the gun after i bought it but My hopper wont fit Thank god i thought ahead I already bought a feed neck. The asa... It wasn't a big deal untill it pissed me off... so i just bought a cp on off and rail to get over it. Great Fast and worthy to get. But I do not recommend this gun. If you're looking to go into a tourny DO NOT BUY THIS GUN. If this is a first gun then BUY IT. The consistincy when i shot this gun in semi i shot it al least 19 20 bps but for a limited time its either me or the gun (mostly ME) ALL I NEED TO DO NOW... FiND A e2 trigger frame I GIVE THIS A Nine Only because the feed neck pisted my off SOOO BAD!!! other wise a 10 Thank you

Review: I LOVE autocockers. they have absolutely NO recoil, because it fires the paintball before the marker cycles, the SS is as accurate as you are.

its VERY light for an autococker, and the telegraph style trigger microswitch replacer thing means the lightest trigger pull and the most comfortable trigger ( IMO) ever.

the only problems(this with everyone else who posted here) are the feedneck, barrel, and the battery life.

i only had ONE problem out of the box: the solenoid gasket(that rubber thing that seals the 5 way solenoid and the solenoid housing in front of the marker) broke. my mom bought the SS brand new off of eBay, from a store with over 22,000 positive reviews, so i dont really know how long the SS was sitting in his warehouse or actual store or house, so the gasket could have deteriorated(it is rubber, after all), and when i put air through it, it finally burst. i know this, because the marker still cycled, air was still going through the marker, but you could hear a terrible squealing noise coming from the front of the marker. so i sent it in to WGP about 3 days ago, and theyre fixing it as i am typing this and as you are reading this.

also: I've talked to people, and they do not want to buy this marker, because of it's lower than $200 price. the only reason this is, is because WGP stopped manufacturing this style of marker, got bought out by K2(whoever the hell that is), and most online stores have a surplus of SS autocockers, and it is an 05 gun, so the stores have already payed for it, technically its theirs, and they can sell it at whatever price they want. most stores that i know want to get rid of the autocockers they already have so they can clear the shelves for the new line of WGP's masterpieces.

UPDATE 01/02/08: i just got my beloved cocker back, and it shoots great now. gonna go and play with it friday, and buy a clamping feedneck thursday. this is the fastest cycling autococker ive ever seen(again, right up next to the karnivor). i cant wait to get a lot of looks from noods who are all like: "wow, is that a new smartparts gun?!?" and i say, "no, please leave the field, as you are now out with a perfect headshot from an autococker.."

UPDATE 05/17/08: put a bunch of new crap on my gun, and now my friend with an etek is jealous:P. the QEVs make the ram cycle a LOT faster, the ram is very smooth, and the gun is still on top of its game. BUY ONE DO IT DO IT DO IT NOW!!!
Conclusion: buy this autococker while you still can, they DO NOT need to sit on store shelves and collect dust. one of the best markers ive ever shot(right up next to the karnivor)

oh, and im still loving it.

Strengths: Fast for a cocker and gets alot of looks
Weaknesses: Not as accurate as other cockers... uses batteries very fast... very high maintenance!
Review: First of all BEFORE YOU BUY THIS GUN MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING! THERE IS A VERSION OF THIS GUN THAT IS NOT SELECT FIRE! the manuals on the gun are not very good at all... all i got with mine was a stock autococker manual and a worrblade manual. The non-select fire worrblade is probably the worst e-trigger i have seen... The on button (on the back of the trigger frame) is as good as garbage, sometimes i miss games because i cant turn it on!

Strengths: As it is electric, the gun is pretty fast for being an autococker, i can push about 18 a second with mine, not too bad, but once again there is better out there... The gun is not to common around the Field i play at, so i get a lot of questions about the gun and the worrblade... which once again i would have rather bought an stock cocker and stuck an e-blade 2 on...

Weakness: Before i bought the gun i heard from just about everyone that it was supposed to be very accurate, however even with my 14 inch teardrop i have yet to be amazed, to tell the truth my spyder flash was just as accurate with the stock barrel... The gun will generally go through a battery in a day, so bring a few to the Field every time you go... the time put in to trying to 'fix' this gun is uncountable! 4 or 5 times i had problems with the gun and had to go home, only to take it apart, find nothing wrong with the gun and put it back together and the gun will magically work perfectly! the next day i go to play and i gas it up and it will only lob the ball at about 100 fps... This gun is very temperamental!
Conclusion: I payed $650 for my gun, and for that price you could get a nice impulse or be 50$ away from having a base shocker or a very nice intimidator!

Review: Me and my team did bye this gun as a team gun. 7 guns was ordered, only 5 came with the first sending. 3 in right color. 2 of them didn't work out of the box, the start button hade to be replaced. This was the start and we fixed it and start to play. It bounces as m-f'***ker, it didn't stop just kept om bouncing. We tried to fix it, didn't work. We left it in the store they tried, didn't work.
Many games we had to borrow someones else gun to be able to play (non SS).
Five of the guns we had to replace the button several times.
The velocity jumps like +-20 sometimes even +-30, not so good. Doesn't help to change barrel or paint.
And for some reason it just stops working. The hammer doesn't let go or doesn't hock up.

This is not only happen to my gun it all the 7 guns. Non of the guns work perfect all have alot of problem.
Conclusion: I curse the day I purchased it. I hate it and I do not recommend it to anyone.
Sorry for my English

Review: ~WGP 05 Superstock (Stock)

*Pros
-Great Milling
-Reliable
-Consistant
-Fairly lightweight
-Decent board that can reach 20+ bps
-Superior stock internals
-Little kick
-Great quality control
-According to preference, this gun looks beautiful
-Stock delrin bolt
-Decent stock barrel
-High upgradability
-Very small (personal preference)
-Decent regulator

*Cons
-Not the lightest, but considerably light for an autococker of that level
-Not the fastest board, but at least tournament legal. (Which is the most important)
-Stock LPR can be unrealiable at times
-Feedneck does not fit all (To be expected)
-Some may find the parts of the gun "complex"

Upon receiving the package from actionvillage.com which sold these guns at the prices of $160, I was very excited. Taking the gun out of the box, the weight was light for an autococker and the milling was simply fantastic. Aired up the gun with a PE 72/3000 at the time and dried fired. The LPR was not set correctly right out of the box, so with the allen wrench it came with I adjusted it just right for it to shoot. The gun is easy to turn on, there is a simple button on the back which you just press and the "eyes-on" semi mode goes on. Holding the same button for about 3 seconds switches it to "eyes-off" semi which is blinking red. Pressing it one more time will make it Demo mode semi. The board out of the box is semi, but modes are changable. To change modes from PSP Ramping, NXL Full Auto, and 3-round burst requires you to open the right panel and move the jumper provide on the nodes. Each node is labeled by a yellow sticker for reference. After I installed the barrel which is fairly small, about 10 inches, I set up my hopper. The Halo B hopper would not fit and I didn't want to sand it down, so I used a stock VL 200 just to test the accuracy and consistancy of the regulator. At the chrono I hit 278, 267, 272, 281, 273 in five shots. Knowing the regulator isn't broken in this was completely normal. After what I thought was a break in period it hit 281, 289, 287, 290, and 283. Not completely bad and works well. After the break in period the accuracy was checked. From 35 yards at a 10x10 brick using RPS Premiums which fit the barrel well out of 20 shots, 16 connected. For a short stock barrel this was more than what you could ask for. While shooting, a little bit of kick was experienced but at high ROF with a Halo B hopper at PSP mode there was a good amount of instability. Range of the combination of stock barrel and RPS premiums at 270-280 fps was decent. For being stock, this gun delivers. Only problems at times was when the LPR would loosen and not cycle the gun, this will need readjusting. Taking apart the gun is easy as long as you know what to do.

*Side Note* Ram cycles up to 17 to 20 bps at the fastest.

~WGP 05 Superstock (Upgraded)

With all the upgrades mentioned in my "Marker Setup" almost all the cons of stock performance was eliminated. Everything was set through experimenting and preference. My tank is long, about 13 inches, so to compensate for the length I installed a CP Mirco drop to bring the tank forward. The New Designz On/Off ASA is nice to have as you can degas your marker and gas it at leisure. The WGP Orracle Tickler works great and keeps my ram cycling without readjustment, if any is needed during game, I would just need to turn the cap instead of using an allen wrench. The Evil Detonator and the Evil Valve work excellent hand in hand. Together I was able to make the gun low pressure at around 190-200 psi and get consistant readings of 283, 281, 284, 286, 283 which is not even in the break in period. This works well with the J&J 2 Piece barrel matched with RPS Premiums and the Alamo City "Low-blow" bolt. The groupings are incredibly tight at long ranges and the bolt sends the ball flying an extra 20-30 feet around the 280s fps range. Warrior clamping feedneck does its job by securely fastening the hopper on and the E1 Samurai trigger (which is preference) allows me to reach the bps I couldn't reach. CP Delrin Ball detent works like PB&J with the bolt. Only things stock on my current setup is the STO Ram, and the Worrframe Board. Upgrading them will increase BPS but reaching 15 is enough for me. All of these upgrades came together like glue and this is by far my favorite marker. Barely any kick is now experienced even at high rates of fire. Only thing to complain about is the weight, but if that is a problem then hit the gym ^_^.

Conclusion: I reccomend this gun for people getting into electro autocockers and intermediate players. May be a bit complex in terms of internals and operation for new people. This would be a great addition to autococker fans. This thing rips right out of the box and with great upgrades this gun can be the gun of your dreams. So far this gun "is" the gun of my dreams, will it be yours? Rating the gun as stock gets a well deserved 8. Rating the gun with the upgrades would be a 9-10. I give it overall a 9. Another great product by WGP.

Review: I'm going to keep this short. Most of the reviews on here are really good with lots of good info. The biggest thing I love about this marker is how quiet it was. I hit a player at my 12 from about 20 yards out, I was unaware of the player to my 9 and he was no more then 5 yards away. He let his location be know by firing his Tippy at my team. I could hear the fan on his mask (which I found out later was a Proto fan). He never knew I was their, even after firing about 5 rounds at his buddy. I turned and hit him on the first shot.

I have not played a ton of paintball and can assume their are other markers out there that are just as quiet. I like the overall feel of this gun except I bought a smaller tank for a better feel in the shoulder. I'm about 5'9" 220 and felt like I was reaching to far with the 88cui. I find the trigger to have to much wiggle, I'm was looking into a new one and figured I would post this review while I'm here. Read the rest of the reviews on here, these guys really know their stuff. Keep in mind 50-95% of the post on this site are personal opinion.

March 2, 2007
As of last month I have fired 15 cases through this gun. I have had maybe 5 out of every case break in the barrel. Since I put the pipe on it I got that down to 1 maybe two. I still recommend this marker if you can find one. I have two good friends using them now and they love them.
Conclusion: I have no idea what these cost now, but look at how much you want to spend and read all of the reviews in that range. I have been 100% happy with this marker and have talked a bunch of friends into buying them. Not a single one has complained.
