Strengths: slightly reduces noise on the back side. Real loud to those you are shooting at.
Weaknesses: None that I can think of.
Review: Ok, I bought this with the hope that it would make my maker louder. At first I did not notice it much due to the sound I heard from the back end did not seem loud. I could hear the distince "Klank" sound it made but I thought is sounded a little quieter.

However, a few people who were in front of me said things like "Man that is loud"

At NJ Nam my team captain who was down low in front of me after I shot about 50 rounds said he had a pounding headack from the noise of my marker. At both the TTPL and NJ Nam I had a few camera men, reporters, and players ask me, "What do I have that makes my marker loud." So I told them.
Conclusion: If you want the quiet sounding marker then don't get this. However, if you love it LOUD then spend the few bucks. You won't regert it. Snipers . . . stay away, people will find you.

Little nut scratches barrel
Review: I saw this on Opsgear, and wanted one, but it cost 45 or so, and i was unsure if it would fit my freak jr., and with the barrel being as ported as it is, if it would make a difference. Eventually i found one in a local Paint ball dealers store, and he also had a freak j.r, so i tried it on and it fit.

Trying it out, it really made the gun louder, the sound became more of a higher CRACK than anything else i found, something like a 22. rifle, even with my Ported freak tip. My little brother was standing about 4 feet beside me, and about a foot in front of my body, and it made his ears ring apparently.
then we put the tip on a 4 inch stock a-5 barrel, which had been chopped down, and had no porting. shooting this gun with its response trigger and the tip made a truly formidable looking, and sounding marker.
Playing a couple games with it, i found that the little nut that holds the tip to the barrel can come loose easily and begin to scratch the paint on the barrel. Oh well, nothing big.

Conclusion: A little expensive, great for those people who really go for the intimidation factor while playing.
People associated loud noises with pain as some studies show.......

Only Fits 7/8 Inch Barrels With $0.75 Adaptor
Review: I bought this a while ago for my 98 Custom from OPSGEAR and I liked it so much I bought another one for my A-5. The Dishka Flash Suppressor is made of aluminum and is very sturdy. It uses one set screw, which may scratch your barrel. When it is on 1" barrels, it stays on very well but when using it on 7/8" barrels with the $0.75 adaptor, it can come loose after a while. It works just like advertised. The sound it makes is very load and easy to recognize. Some people, like me, think having a loud, intimidating gun is more important than having a quiet gun. Its a good price, only $25, but it depends on how you like to play paintball.
Conclusion: Great product.

Strengths: Loud
Fits over basically all OpsGear barrels
Weaknesses: The stupid thing cost me $40 all the way over here in Canada
Review: to the paintball experience - i actually lost count. that is what i am going to go with from now on, because thats probably correct.

now i know some people dont like this because who wants a loud marker? i actually like my gun loud, even though i play sniper everytime i play. and to those who dont believe in paintball snipers, THEY DO EXIST, AND NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR YOU RANT ON AND ON, AND I SAY THIS. YOU DONT EXIST.

anywho... i think its a cool little deely-o its small, doesnt get in the way of paint coming out of your barrel, and it makes your gun loud.

i would reccomend it for people with full auto markers because it would be scary for others, and just plain hilarious for me.
Conclusion: I give it a 9 because it cost me $40 (-) and i noticed a small difference (-). Still noticable though , but I think that this is great for scaring the hell out of new players who dont know what it does (+).

Marker Setup: A5 with air thr saw stock kit from Spec Ops, custom built flatline shroud with harris bipod, Hogs Den grips, custom front sight, Old School GTA Egrip (instant ful auto!), Palmers QEV, metal power tube and bolt, and of cours, the Dishka
Strengths: very LOUD!
Weaknesses: I have not found any to date
Review: I bought .75 cent adaptor, and custom fitted the whole piece to the flatline shroud. With the non ported flatline barrel, QEV and full auto, the sucker is REALLY LOUD!

I put 1 tiny drop of locktight blue on the set screws threads when I put it together. Have not had any problems with it getting loose.
Conclusion: the way to go if you want a louder report from your marker.

the price is the only thing that I dont like.
