MacDev Sonic Venting ASA
The MacDev ASA is a must for all preset owners. The ASA is perfect for use with any preset system on any marker - simply slide onto a standard dovetail and play.
Form and Function.
With sweeping milling and polished finish, the MacDev ASA is a stylish addition to your marker. The ASA is also very practical - air can be supplied with the simple turn of the on/off cap - whilst air supply is stopped and the excess air vented when the cap is turned the reverse direction.
Vent out your ASA not AT your ASA!
Most on/off ASA systems simply close the pin valve on your system. This leaves the Air system threads under pressure - making it difficult and dangerous to unscrew the preset from the ASA. When air is vented from the ASA (like the MacDev venting ASA), no pressure remains around the preset system and it can be removed effortlessly and with more safety than using more conventional methods. |

| The MACDev Sonic Venting ASA is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used. |

| Review: |
Macdev is probably my favorite company in the sport of paintball, however when I purchased the Macdev on/off along with my Macdev rail I was eager to air up the gun, however when I twisted the on/off all the way in my tank was not fully purged for air and my cyborg did not function properly. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I cannot reccomend this on/off for everyone due to the fact that it will not fully purge all air tanks. Sorry Macdev |

I was gettin tired of my Hybrid push on/off since I couldn't take my tank off with ease b/c it still had pressure since the push on/off only blocks the air instead of turning off the air from the tank. Well I decided to get this b/c it's a MacDev product, it bleeds and is easy to turn and it works how it should. The only thing I dont really like is how much turning you have to do until it bleeds... But I got used to it.
The 2k5 CP ones are real easy but I kept hearing how people bump into it during games and it turns off so I didn't want to risk it. The MacDev is real secured so I'm Straight. =] |
 |
| Conclusion: |
I think it's a great on/off. It works real smooth and does it's job how it should. I'd definately recommend this product. |
