Marker Setup: Tippman 98 Custom, JMJ Drop Forward/double trigger guard, 32 Deg. Quiet riot 14 inch barrel, R/T Trigger, Air America REG 88ci Nitro Bottle, Full Boar Shadow, Madmann Spring Kit, Dead On Paintball Pro Seal (Front Bolt & Power Tube), Ricochet AK, ACI Sub-Zero 6 Stage Expansion Chamber
Strengths: It adds a good balance to the gun and brings the air bottle fwd just enough so you can use a x chamber or reg. Looks awesome, Easy installation, Solid construction and quality workmanship.
Weaknesses: With a GTA Double trigger the bottom of the trigger hits the bottom of the trigger guard so I could not take full advantage of my R/T trigger. I have not tried any other triggers yet. Adds allot of weight to the gun.
Conclusion: Great product and it looks awesome. Worth the extra money. Very easy installation.

Marker Setup: M98C, 14" Teardrop, LP kit, Male Palmer Stablizer, Toxic Performance double trigger (the metal one), JMJ drop forward/double trigger gaurd
Strengths: Drop and trigger guard in one.
Looks.
Distance of drop.
Weaknesses: Weight.
Placement of trigger guard.
Price.
Review: First let me say that I love this piece of equipment. It drops the tank to the perfect position for the M98C for a very nice balance. The fact that it has the double trigger guard in the design as well, is great. You don't have to cut your grips and is easy to install.

When I got mine, the part that fits into the trigger guard hole on the M98C was too fat. Luckily I have a Dremmel and just filed it down to fit.

With the Toxic Performance double trigger, pulled back all the way, it hits the trigger guard. This was a problem until I filed down my sear a bit, and now my trigger pull is almost nothing and the guard is no problem.

It looks great. I get a lot of stares at the field.
Conclusion: I think this is a great product despite the problems I had. The price is bit high, but for a custom milled annodized piece of aluminum this intericate, not too bad.

JMJ Custom Products Drop Forward
Strengths: Awesome looking on my 98. Moves my air system in so only half of it sticks out past the gun itself. Don't have to cut grips to have a double trigger and guard.
Weaknesses: Slightly heavy. A little expensive.
Conclusion: Lokks awesome and makes it so you don't have to cut grips for a double trigger guard. Great product. If you have the money buy it.

Strengths: I sold my Model 98 a while ago to my friend, who put this Drop Forward on it and installed a double trigger. Man does it look good. And the gun is much more balanced and compact.
Weaknesses: He got the chrome version, which is kind of shiny for woods concealment. It also wouldn't attach to my other friends M98 because he had the original style permanent trigger housing. The 98 Custom allows for a pretty quick installation though.
Conclusion: It's really only $25 more than other quality drop forwards, and it also serves as a trigger guard. Plus, it's very ornamental, which gives it points for originality. If someone is looking for a unique addition to his or her M98, I'd give the JMJ a try. Just go with black if you're worried about concealment.
