Hybrid Suicide shells. Similar top removal. Everything else is different. Internals lift out the bottom once the floor plate is removed. The bottom section does not separate into two halves.
Marker Setup:
NXT Shocker
Strengths:
Ease of disassembly
Thicker plastic
Quiet
Weaknesses:
Removal of Rip knob (C-clip) to remove internals.
Review:
This shell has no tricky disassembly. The top comes off like a Hybrid shell . Two more screws remove the floor plate that the paintballs set upon. This is how the internals are removed. No loose nuts during disassembly, they are molded into the plastic.
These shells are a bit thicker than Hybrid or stock shells.
Conclusion:
Cheaper than a Hybrid shell and easier to maintain, if these prove durable they are going on every team gun.
Shocker NXT (stock), Crossfire HP 68/45 tank, Virtue Board
Strengths:
Versatile, Durable, Ball Capacity, Price, Lid Angle, Magnetic Lid
Weaknesses:
Shelf to motor contact
Review:
I have used almost every shell for the Halo/Empire platform of loaders and I believe the Powelyte shell to be the best. First, the shell is extremely durable and able to take shot after shot without breaking. The feedneck is very strong and I have yet to have any cracks in the shell. The Powerlyte takes all of the positives of the new magnetic lid design and takes away all of the problems associated with the Hybrid shell. You can change the board out without having to take the entire hopper apart with a trapdoor in the back of the loader. Of course, you can access the feed cup without taking the entire hopper apart as well. The angle of the lid increases the ability to load the hopper while still putting shots on your lane. The only downfall is the way the top shelf inside makes contact with the top of the motor drive shaft. This causes a grinding noise to be heard. I corrected this problem by superglueing two small o-rings on either side of the motor housing to prevent the motor drive shaft from making contact with the shelf. Worked life a charm!
Conclusion:
Powerlye has always made some of the best products in the paintball world. I highly recommend this product and believe you won't be disappointed. I give this product a 9 and not a 10 only because of the motor to shelf contact that needs to be corrected by the user.

Review:
I got this thing for pretty cheap so I decided to snag one. It's the same thing as a Hybird Suicide so why not get one. Well this thing is very helpful wen you need to do a quick clean which is of course wat its made for. It is a bit bulky but not too noticable but you can put a bit more paint in there. The one thing that is a downer is that it is slightly difficult to open the lid since the tab doesn't stick out like the stock. Part of the hopper takes space under the lid which makes it hard get a grip of it. You gotta open it right from the back for an easy open.
One pretty interesting thing is that the motor runs noticably quieter. It doesn't echo as loud as the stock. Pretty cool.
When I first opend it up to put all the stuff in the stock back into the Cranium, There were some loose metal stuff that the screws screw into. They come out so easy so I just got my Loctite Gel Super Glue (awesome stuff) and dotted on the screw and the plate like thing u screw the top part into and they stayed in place. Wished it was secure in the first place though.
Conclusion:
I'd surely recommend this product. It will help for easy clean and save time for them important tourny's. Slightly big looking but will get used to it. The kind of hard to open the lid too would take some time to get used to.

I think that the cranium shell is great. It worked perfect in my tournament and all the times i have played with it. It sells for a very cheap price and it much easier to clean and will not break as easy. I would recomend this to any1 especially those who are on a budget.
Conclusion:
I think this product is great because it is much harder than a stock shell and easier to clean
