I've never got it to prevent my glasses or goggles from fogging though.
Review:
I purchased this spray because when you wear glasses like I do and keep running into the same annoying problem of your glasses fogging up, then you're desperate to try something. I do find that it cleans lenses, but I couldn't get it to prevent my specatacles from fogging up. I can't for sure say If I'm using it wrong or if it doesn't work when it's really really humid, but i can't tell.
