| Review: |
This cone is an excellent replacement for the halo stock cone. It's curved fins spread the point of contact on the paintball which is supposed to help prevent breaks in the hopper itself. So far I have not had a single jam or break in my hopper since installing it. The only problem I had with mine was that the fit was not PERFECT but that was only because the aftermarket shocktech rip drive shaft. A bit of modifying and it fits tight. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Overall a good replacement for stock parts, Much stronger and visually enhancing. |

I have read the review of this product when it was still in its prototyping phases on Warpig, and was actually interested in the product as I have seen and installed different types of drive cones products from Shocktech and Hybrid onto customer's loaders. I was never really impressed by their fit because they needed some type of modification to work properly, such as sanding and trimming.
During Huntington Beach 06, I had a chance to pick one of these up for my Reloader B at the time, prior to the B2 upgrade. Although it was still plastic, there was definately a difference in between the stock drive cone and the Halo S4 cone. The fileted fins definately keeps the paintballs in place and it does not have the sharper 90* paddles. The spring seat has also been beefed up, so that it is less likely to break.
I've put this to the test time and time again in my Halo and Reloader needing to switch it out when one of my hoppers were undergoing surgery.
I am now ready to purchase a second one to keep in my Halo B, after my extensive testing with this product. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Definately a worthwhile product with a factory fit and finish. Will not move around like other manufacturers products. I know that these are coming installed in some of the newer Reloader Bs now. So keep that in mind.
If you need a new cone go get it! |
